Used to work here. Toxic and abusive work environment. Mold everywhere. Dogs just running around. Hair gets in ice cream. Mice everywhere. The staff gets screamed at and cussed out daily. Do not support this business or the parlor.

Employees were unable to make the ice-cream order. They couldn't figure out how to make a chocolate shake and the one ice cream order they could they gave it to me melted. I'm sure the product is fine but owners seem to have no one to produce the product for the shift I came in. Hopefully they can train the staff and bring on talent.

Someone needs to call the health department on this place. This is exactly why I don't support local business. Dogs in back, birds in back, dead goat in jar. Overpriced ice cream. Why would I support you with those practices when I could go to DQ without those issues and get it cheaper? I'm calling the health department

Came on 3/13 Great ice cream spot but slow service. Two younger girls one blonde & the other a brunette were working so hard to fulfill the orders. While the older lady with purple hair did nothing but make waffle cones the whole HALF AN HOUR we were waiting!!!! Fire her and give the other girls a raise.

So disappointed in the service! I took my 2 year old son there for a first visit. The boy serving our ice cream was, for some reason, annoyed with us and rude the whole ordering process. The serving was half the actual bowl size we paid for and some how was already melting before he put it in the bowl. After paying the boy said nothing just rolled his eyes, im sure because I opted not to tip, and walked away. Very uncomfortable and over all just sad.
