I love Tacobell. Today's visit was a little off. They were out of mild sauce. It happens. We had some at home so it worked out. The soft tacos were really good. Super happy with those. The hard tacos were almost empty. Not sure what was up with that. When we opened up the box of tacos at home a small spider crawled out and hung off of it. Would have been great for Halloween but this was Christmas. It happens though. I still really enjoyed the meal.

Saving grace was the manager today, I understand not caring in any extent about your job but pull the earbuds out of your ear if youre incapable of doing your job that requires you to service customers. I get a half hour for lunch and wasted a majority waiting for my food cause the front counter person was completely engaged in their phone and not their job.

You already criminally under pay your employees, there's absolutely no reason you can't hire more. It takes 20+ minutes just to get to the speaker in the drive through, then another 15 to 20 minutes to get to the window. Not to mention if you try to go the lobby it'll be an even longer wait because you prioritize the drive through over the lobby. Hire more workers and fix your Baja blast that's tasted horrible for the past 2 years

Just passed through this Tbell on my way to grand rapids and the manager here i think his name was Cam was literally Amazing. He was taking care of the counter ensuring the floors were clean and safe had 3 interviews and was training. Meanwhile he was calm and even though I had a decent wait just his energy alone made the environment calm. I also notice he had an interview with someone who had a preferred name and his level of inclusiveness was nothing short of spectacular. Great Job!
