An hour wait minimum in the drive thru, expensive AF, order will probably be wrong. This place used to be fast and cheap, like my ex l, I'm leaving them for good.
I’m still waiting to talk to a decent manger who can refund me my money back for a 10.00 bowl that was not editable and never got ate and my 4 missing tacos!! These people are horrible with giving receipts and the management made my experience even worst by being so uncaring about my 60.00 order and talking to me like crap they wanted me to drive all the way up there after giving me the worst attitude ever I haven’t been back in 3 weeks and when I talked to there general manager she was even worst to deal with than the shift managers I want someone from this company to contact me and fix this this place still owes me for my missing food and they basically robbed me for a 10.00 bowl told me if I ate it I wouldn’t get my money back so I didn’t eat it and was to upset to drive back my life got busy that bowl sat on my dinning room table for 4 days I ment to take it up there in my kids threw it away I’m still waiting on someone who gives a heck about my 18.00!!! Which is a lot now days for a fast food place to owe you !!!

When I ask for 3 hard shell tacos no lettuce, i didn’t expect a shell sprinkled with a tiny bit of beef and cheese. I just went to the airport road location last week and they EASILY gave me 4x this amount of beef and cheese on my hard tacos.
Not to mention my other 2 tacos have lettuce when on the app we SPECIFICALLY selected “no lettuce”. Of course the tacos with lettuce have the normal amount of beef and cheese.

HORRID customer Service. Went through the drive-thru and was rushed when I was ordering. When I got to the window the cashier (Kaylee) was super impatient to get me to pay then practically through my order at me because I was grabbed it the millisecond she was wanting me to grab it.
I don’t know who “runs” this store but this is ridiculous how they are trained to interact with customers.

It's Taco Bell goop from a caulk gun, it's kinda gross but hits different after midnight. This location's drive through can be hit or miss on speed
