Your management is horrible as well as all ur employees being new and nobody knows what there doing. I no longer see ur good employees anymore and when something was wrong or incorrect those employees would be the ones to make it right. Will not return to location any time soon. And highly suggest to keep ur employees instead of rehiring all the time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible manager that doesn’t communicate tells you he can’t take an order because someone had passed out in lobby. Which the only reasoning for coming into this dump again was to try to get an order corrected that they couldn’t seem to process how to make two wraps. Manager continues to move around like he is high while the young kids In The back look completely lost with no direction what so ever. This place messes up orders repeatedly no apologizes no sorry we couldn’t fix that no nothing.manager uses the excuse of there are all new workers doesn’t sympathize or anything. This is coming from someone that has worked in fast food for years.if you don’t have the hands you work harder not blame on young kids. This used to be the best Taco Bell in town but now it is the worst.

i ordered one potato taco with no cheese and they managed to add double the cheese. didn’t realize it was that hard to make.
Just got this spent 14.79 and was only able to eat 2 tacos cause everything else was cold and made wrong.

We visited the East Michigan location on November 10, 2024. The place was out of control. I contacted corporate and they sent an auto reply right away stating that they would contact me. It's 10 days later and no response. I don't believe they care. On that day we went inside and ordered at the kiosk. The first noteworthy thing was the employees. Loud and discussions that had no place in the business. It seemed like a party atmosphere. Probably explains why the prep line looked like a frat house the morning after a party. After waiting about 15 minutes an employee asked us if we had ordered. We had but opted to pay cash. We were then sternly corrected for not following the directions to pay at the cash register. When? And there is no employee there - they are to busy with their own event to pay attention. During the 12 minutes waiting for the food to be prepared the manager had the opportunity to call out an employee who had just clocked in about a no call no show. This was in front of all the employees and could be heard throughout the restaurant. Truly unprofessional. One should think twice before going to this location.
