So I’m not usually the type of person to leave bad reviews but this is the 2nd or 3rd time I’ve doordashed from here and nothing is made as it was ordered, I can’t have any dairy so I make sure I add dairy allergy or I order without the cheese n stuff but apparently it’s hard to read your screens! I work in the food industry and know even when it’s swamped to pay attention to tickets so you don’t have pissed off customers! Read ya damn tickets peeps! Please and thank you!

We went in to order and dine in, ordered on kiosk and picked dine in. We then waited 30 mins for a fiesta potato and 3 burritos. When we started eating yhe cruspy chicken burrito was disgusting, the chicken was not edible as it was over done to the point of not meat all crisp. Seriously for revamping and reopening you would have thought a new team would have happened. We will never be back to this taco bell! Worst I've been to. Been open less that 3 months and its unsanitary and disgusting in there.

Got pulled into a road rage incident in the drive thru cause I pulled in behind someone. They started raging at me screaming why was I following them, I yelled back I just wanted Quesadillas.
The quesadillas ended up being fire. Worth being momentarily scared for my safety.

Food was nasty. The beans were hard on my burrito and cold potatoes. The girl at the drive thru couldn't hear me at all and kept saying huh?!

Your management is horrible as well as all ur employees being new and nobody knows what there doing. I no longer see ur good employees anymore and when something was wrong or incorrect those employees would be the ones to make it right. Will not return to location any time soon. And highly suggest to keep ur employees instead of rehiring all the time.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible manager that doesn’t communicate tells you he can’t take an order because someone had passed out in lobby. Which the only reasoning for coming into this dump again was to try to get an order corrected that they couldn’t seem to process how to make two wraps. Manager continues to move around like he is high while the young kids In The back look completely lost with no direction what so ever. This place messes up orders repeatedly no apologizes no sorry we couldn’t fix that no nothing.manager uses the excuse of there are all new workers doesn’t sympathize or anything. This is coming from someone that has worked in fast food for years.if you don’t have the hands you work harder not blame on young kids. This used to be the best Taco Bell in town but now it is the worst.
