Dirtyiest place I've ever seen workers walking in trash just to pull you forward with no one in the building so the worker could laugh and make jokes. Never again.
Hard and soft tacos should be a $1.
Drive through was quick. Short line. Order was correct.

Went to airport rd. Taco bell after work, around 9 30 p.m. ordered 15 dollars worth of food. The two soft tacos that I ordered to est myself, fell apart when I unwrapped both of them. Nothing on either soft taco but meat no lettuce no cheese and the shell stuck to the wrapper it was so hot. Waste of my time and money.

Every single time I get food here it's very disappointing. If they would just take their time it could be great or I guess as good as West Ave seriously they need to stop being so annoyed with their job. If they could just get over it that part and take care of their customers right it would be great all I asked for was extra rice and extra sauce on my burrito an easy bean and my burrito exploded with sauce, it was disgusting and they didn't give me any napkins. Basically I could tell they were annoyed with the large order in front of me or maybe they weren't and just were annoyed that I even came to their store. So thanks Taco Bell airport road once again disappointed
My daughter and I went through the Taco Bell drive-thru around 10 PM last night. There were no cars ahead of us, and the lobby appeared closed. When we pulled up to order, we were asked to "hold on for a moment." After waiting eight minutes with no response, my 9-year-old finally said, "Hello?" The speaker then responded that they were busy with DoorDash orders.
We ordered a #1 combo (three Taco Supremes with no lettuce or tomatoes). The order screen only showed "no lettuce," so I clarified that I wanted the #1. The employee then told me I hadn’t asked for Supremes. However, the menu states that a #1 includes Taco Supremes, and my request to remove lettuce and tomatoes should have made that clear.
At that point, the employee's tone became noticeably short and monotone. Even my 9-year-old noticed and asked, "Why is she being rude? We waited patiently and asked respectfully." After my daughter pointed it out, I asked if there was a manager on duty. The employee replied, "Yes—myself and two others."
Honestly, that was disappointing. If this is the standard of management, it’s no surprise that customer service quality suffers. Fast food workers deserve respect, but so do paying customers.

I recently visited the Taco Bell on Airport Road in Jackson, MI, that is attached to the Shell gas station, and while the drive-thru lady was pleasant, the overall experience was far from satisfactory. The location is incredibly inconvenient, with minimal parking and difficult access. Unfortunately, the food did not redeem these issues. The soft shell tacos were cold and had hard parts on the tortillas, and the chicken chalupa had a crunchy shell but was flaking apart and served cold. This establishment needs serious improvements in both food quality and accessibility to meet the standards expected from a Taco Bell.
