Called ahead but the recording said they were closed. Gave us a rough time waiting over 40 minutes while people walking in well after we were there were seated!

Food and service was excellent.

Visited here again on 1/2/2026 in early afternoon. I live out of State and my mom and I went here to enjoy a mother/daughter lunch alone which was way overdue. My dad has Parkinson’s so we don’t get time alone together often mom and I. First off Amil our waitress WAS AMAZING. My steak came and was overcooked but hated to complain. She got a manager (Becky) who was not friendly and wanted to take my steak leave the cold potato’s and take steak off bill. I was disappointed on how unfriendly Becky was. Another Manager came, (Brandon) and he was absolutely wonderful and great at his job. I explained to him how precious this time was for my mom and I. Not only did he speak with his top chef, but asked him to focus on making my steak perfect. And boy owe boy was it. The juiciest, best tasting bone-in Rib-eye I ever tasted in my life. Not only that but since I had bad experience not only with my original bone-in rib-eye, bad experience with first manager he even took it off my bill. I didn’t expect that. I had no problem paying but he went above and beyond, as did our waitress Amil. I want to say Thank you to you both. It changed e writhing and my mom and I left feeling amazing because they made it right. Customer service is so important. Brandon and Amil deserve a raise. My mom always buys us kids gift certificates from Texas Roadhouse.

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent visit to Texas Roadhouse. We arrived as a party of three and asked for a high chair (for a one-year old), and the host seated us without mentioning that they didn’t have any (how can a major chain restaurant not have high-chairs?). Once we were at the booth and asked again, we were told they only had booster seats.

We tried to make it work, but our child kept sliding forward in the booster and hit her face on the table. We asked if we could at least have a regular dining chair to place the booster at the end of the booth for stability, and instead of helping, they sent a manager (Becky) over just to tell us no. We then asked to move to a table, and she said she didn’t have one available.

Eventually, she did allow us to move to a different booth, but the only option she offered was a folding chair for the booster—and she made sure to tell us she didn’t think it was safe. (Because leaving a squirmy baby in an unsecured booster is safe?) When we asked again about using a real dining chair, she was clearly reluctant and kept insisting it wasn’t allowed. But just two tables away, another family had a booster safely placed on a regular dining chair. Once we pointed that out, she suddenly couldn’t say no anymore and said, “Well, I guess we can do that.” As a manager we would have expected you to help us find a way to accommodate the needs of having a little one.

After we finally got the dining chair and went to secure the booster, we discovered the safety strap was broken, making the whole situation even more unsafe and frustrating. At that point, it was obvious that basic accommodations for families with small children were not being handled consistently or safely.

Also to add the table we were sitting at originally was pulled out into the isle to accommodate a wheelchair... thank goodness they accommodate for that, but I was confused why they could do that and cut off the isle way but not put a chair to accommodate a baby. Apparently they are discriminatory in their accommodations.

To make matters worse, the service after all of this was noticeably poor. It felt like the staff was irritated that we had spoken up, and the attention and care you’d expect during a meal just weren’t there. Food took forever to come out (we only ordered small plates) and in all the time our server never checked in on us. Never offered refills, we had to get our own togo box and had to pretty much beg and plead for a bill to be able to leave.
Also, half of my meal was missing but she would have never known because she never checked on us but thankfully we told the food runner so I did get the other half of my meal thankfully.

Coming from the service industry I know Texas Roadhouse only offers servers a 3-4 table section and it was 11am on a Saturday lunch. I understand things get busy being a server but not busy enough to bring about thay poor of service!

The lack of communication, inconsistency, and unwillingness to accommodate a simple safety need for a baby made what should have been a normal family dinner incredibly stressful. We won’t be returning.

Tonight wasnt the greatest. Steak was super fatty, Literally were the last ones in the door because they closed early for snow in Michigan. They rushed us by serving our salads, appetizers and then our food 5 minutes later. Couldnt of sent my steak back because it wouldnt of mattered they were cleaning the kitchen. Ordered a Togo ahead of time so we could take it home to our child and they were too busy cleaning up the kitchen to make two appetizers even after our waitress confirmed with the kitchen they could make it. Honestly I thought at least they could do was take off the cost of appetizers and give a sorry discount for telling your kid they got Texas Road house...Oops they messed up sorry kid discount. Totally lost my normal tendency to always want this place. Tonight was a huge bummer.

My husband and I wanted to enjoy our dinner. It was our anniversary (we didn't announce it as we wanted to have a low key evening) we are not big frills people, we wanted to enjoy a dinner, just the two of us. However, it was an extremely loud Monday eveing, there were several birthdays this particular evening. I appreciate the staff recognizing individuals, however, the staff were literally screaming while they sang happy birthday and hooted and hollerd. Then, the music was turned up extremely loud, as the staff lined danced. I asked the waitress/asst mgr if the music could be turned down. Her response was, unfortunately no.
We were unable to carry on a conversation while the birthday wishes were sang and during the line dancing.
This was a very unpleasant experience at Texas Roadhouse, we wont be returning.

My husband stopped in to purchase gift cards for Christmas and was met with a shockingly rude and unfriendly employee. She rolled her eyes at him for simply asking how to buy a gift card, then told him he needed to go back outside in the cold and order through the window—something we had never been informed of. This was our first visit, and sadly it will be our last. Instead of offering guidance, she treated him as if he should have somehow known the process already, leaving us feeling talked down to and unwelcome. Very disappointing experience.
