2/6/25. I bought cookies eclairs and jelly donuts. Donuts and eclairs were stale, horrible! The cookies ok at best. Never going there again. So disappointed. It was also a mess in the cooking area.

I ordered 2 dozen assorted doughnuts for a school function- Absolutely delicious. In the past I have had some of the cookies, which I loved because they were actually baked and didn’t taste like raw dough like cookies I get at other establishments in the Jackson area. The macarons are to die for, the mini eclairs melt in your mouth, and the Breakfast Pasty was hand pie perfection. I am ex tied to be able to try more of the wares- I highly recommend ABC Bakery.

Randy was such a pleasure to work with! We wanted a special cake for our wedding to incorporate my husband's Ukrainian culture, the Napoleon cake. We searched everywhere calling several bakeries in Jackson, Lansing, and other surrounding areas, and Randy was the only bakery willing to take it on. And he out-did himself! My husband's family said it was better than their family recipe and our guests loved it! His pricing is very reasonable too. We wish we had booked him for our other cake too but had already placed a deposit with someone else. When we stopped in to pay him the weekend of our wedding, we purchased some other treats from his store and they were delicious. We look forward to making a stop in here on future road trips to take a trip down memory lane. Thank you, Randy! You added a special touch to our wedding day and we can't thank you enough!

My wife bought a frozen strawberry rhubarb pie from here... Far from the best strawberry rhubarb pie I've ever had, and to add to it, there was a piece of plastic the size of a silver dollar in my pie.

I ordered Paczki for Fat Tuesday. Haven't had them in years because I live elsewhere. These did NOT disappoint!! Reminded my mom & aunt of one's from the European Bakery, which is a high complement here in town. Don't buy the preboxed ones from the stores when you can get authentic ones! Thanks for the taste of nostalgia.
