Girlfriend found hair in her sandwich. Also things tasted good but you could tell it was out all day, microwaved and a little dry. Huge potential for this restaurant but a little concerned about sanitary issues with this restaurant. Think I’ll just skip on this place for now on. Saturday 07 2023 jackson mi, We brought our daughters birthday party to Denny’s the hostess Shelly sat us quickly and took our drink orders. Before we knew it she was brining out their shakes and smoothies! She was friendly and funny and the girls and us enjoyed her! When the girls were finished she came over quickly and cleared the table for us! Thank you so much!!

My husband, our 3 children, and my brother in law sat down for breakfast around 11a.m today at your Traverse City location. Our poor waitress was sweating to the extreme, the establishment lacked the use of air conditioning, frankly, it was simply just miserable. We counted 5 staff members and every single one of them looked exhausted, worn down, over worked, boiling hot and dehydrated. To make your employees suffer without any type of obvious relief is absolutely ridiculous. Sweat dripping off their faces was very visible. As a nation wide restaurant, I am extremely disappointed to see that you truly do not value your employees. It is not their fault that you choose to make your restaurant unsanitary, uncomfortable &unpleasant. Clearly it's nothing new, we visited this same location a month ago, with exact same lack of care for the employees. I hope you are ashamed of yourselves as you most likely sit behind a computer with an air-conditioner in your office.

I ordered steak and eggs and a side of Pancakes along with some pancake puppies. Steak and eggs were good but no syrup for the pancakes and the pancake puppies were not cooked all the way. Usually i love eating there today was bad.
