The ice cream was delicious. Prices are kind of high so would probably go on just special occasions. A couple of our group's food orders were not correct but they fixed it without problems.

Excellent!! What Scott is doing to the place is amazing! I got the cowboy burger and it was delicious. I snagged a few of my nephew's cheese curds and they were life changing!! Definitely worth ordering as an appetizer!

It's been a long time since we visited, but we won't be coming back for a while. The service is extremely slow, flies, no clean-up, or friendly service. There was a young gentleman at the front and he did a great job, though!

While the ice cream and service are good, this time was different. The sign says open until 9, but then they were closed at 8; which is fine. But then, two more cars pull up and the workers let them in. Change the sign to fit the time and lock the doors or else serve until the time you say you're open.

I'm excited for The Parlor's success! With a new owner and management, things are looking bright for this iconic place. Our return for the first time in over a year was pleasant. The food was pretty darn good and the service was excellent! Will definitely be returning again !

Spent over $60 and felt like I should have had more then concession food. The owner was cool The server was great.
The ice cream is great! There was at least one person working that provided amazing service but I'm not sure if the menu has changed or what but she didn't seem to know what I was trying to order (Junior Hot Fudge Brownie) which had always been a staple. There were'nt alot of customers when we went and there were friends or employees just loitering around outside the dining area with sweatshirt hoods on... felt a bit sketchy. Next time I think we'll just get it to go, LOL

We have always loved going to Jackson to go to the Parlour, but not anymore after tonight. We should have read the reviews of new ownership before going. There was no one in there except for my husband and myself. The menu says “same big portions that the parlour has always been known for” and that is not true at all! A single scoop filled a giant bowl before but now it comes in a tiny little glass and is more like a kiddie scoop. My ice cream came out and I was practically done eating it by the time my husband’s came out. All we had were plain single scoops so how could it take so long to get the second? It seems they’d have came out together. They were out of flavors and out of toppings and the ice cream had ice crystals in it as well. This used to be a fun place with a great menu full of options but now it’s just pathetic. Unfortunately we will no longer be back. If it doesn’t get better this once iconic place will not stay open.

To the beautiful young lady who helped me an my 80 year old father . I would like to thank you for being patient with us on Friday because of you we had a great day. My father knew what he used to get 20 years ago but I couldn’t decide.You were so helpful a said you liked cotton candy ice cream. Now I’m hooked on it lol thank you again for being so helpful and kind. I would recommend this place to everyone because they hire genuine people with great customer service
