Rude cashier messed up my order twice and then got an attitude for thier mistakes management needs to have the employees trained to properly make customer orders and be polite. Very unhappy.

Omg the Ice coffee is amazing I go Vanilla with a dbl shot of caramel and 2 cream.. and she loves the unsweetened ice tea, which I gotta admit, is the only way I like it also!!

Most of the time the employees are kind - but the mark is just always missed. I know better than to go to this location if I'm ordering anything other than a black cold brew. I gave another chance today and ordered a cold foam cold brew but requested HALF SWEET/HALF as much foam. I received what actually looks to be double or triple the foam and unbearably sweet. This has happened all 3 times I've requested just a splash/half as much foam. Very disappointing.

Ordered an iced latte and an iced caramel macchiato. The guy handed them out hot and I said that I was sorry but they were supposed to be iced and apologized again and the employee had the most annoyed face over this, and proceeded to put them in a cup and put ice in them. The macchiato looked as an iced coffee and both tasted horrible. First time trying Tim hortons and certainly the last.
