I have gone to this Tim Horton's every morning for 7 years straight, and the employees are so kind, courteous, hard-working, and respectful. Only once in 7 years did they get my order wrong. I won't go anywhere else. Jackson is lucky to have them. They are gems.

It's a coffee chain that sells, coffee, donuts, bagels, breakfast sandwiches and some pastries. This location has a Cold Stone creamery too.I enjoy their Americano, not much more to say.

Came just for the ice cream as have heard was amazing, to walk in and be told if your here for ice cream and points at a stand up freezer in the corner. In said cooler was maybe 5 single scoops of ice cream in containers. 2 kinds at that. Nobody could tell us what was in the ice cream or even the kind. Won't be returning and don't recommend wasting your time here.
Nice and quick. Their doughnuts aren't Hinckley's but for a franchise they do a great job!

Rude cashier messed up my order twice and then got an attitude for thier mistakes management needs to have the employees trained to properly make customer orders and be polite. Very unhappy.
