Consistently rude, no matter what time of day you go. The soda machine doesn’t work properly, nothing ever tastes right.

The manager working the drive thru needs to get a grip. "I have my food to worry about too" girl you literally get paid to worry about the whole restaurant. Did a whole dance around the place waiting in store than drive thru then in store again before I ever got my mobile order that was cold went it got in my hands. Do better.

My wife ordered me a baconator. this is, from the bottom up. cheese, bun, patty cheese, ketchup, bun. It is just insaulting... $15 and they won't answer the phone.

Lobby frequently closed without explanation during business hours. Employees are apathetic at best rude at worst. Had a terrible experience where I walked to the store to pick-up an order and was forced to weave around cars in the drive thru on foot to retrieve it. There was a free employee sitting on his phone in the closed lobby who refused to grab my food instead instructing me to walk through the drive thru. When I got to the window there was a red headed woman working the window who was entirely rude, hostile, and confrontational. Sending pedestrians thru the drive thru, especially when it is full of cars, is a huge safety liability to the company and had I been hit I likely would've gotten more than a free sandwich. Not the first time I've had to do it, but it was the first time when there were cars present and the hostility from the employees was uncalled for. Not sure why the lobby was closed they appeared to have plenty of people based on what I saw in the drive thru window. Make the trip to Culver's you'll thank yourself.

All around butt food my burger paddy was dry and hard so was the chicken nuggets and the fries where stale only things that where right where drinks and I'm surprised buy that

My wife plays the mobile order I went to go get it. We are regulars because we live around the conner. Now my wife spent $39.61 to feed my family when I pulled up in the line I said mobile order for Kaitlin the lady tried to give me I order that was one bag and $5.60 I told her that was not the order and I tried to show her on my phone the mobile order she said she cannot see that and I pushed my phone in closer she said she can't see it so I pushed my phone on the counter and slid it to her she said I can't touch your phone which is a blatant lie because she has taken my phone several times to tap to pay she always acts like she hates her life and she hates her job she's always rude inconsiderate and and it's crazy all I wanted to do was feed my family y'all took my money why can't I get my order I asked her cuz she make my order she said she wasn't going to make my order I visited this establishment three times a week at least this was the worst experience I ever had dealing with fast food she told me I couldn't get my order or my money back I would have to do a cancellation so at this time I went to another Wendy's I spoke to a manager got corporate number well he gave me the district manager's number I reached out to him in text hopefully he reaches back out because $120 a week minimum at least times 4 is $480 times 12 is $5,760 a year the afternoon manager or supervisor for lack of better feelings needs to be fired whom ever she may be taking orders at night around 9:30pm *** since this post I've been in contact with the district manager's who was Great he resolved my issues **** thank you so much "Bryan"

Terrible service very slow out of food. Manager was very unprofessional and you can tell because of how bad the employees were. Eating food up front while customer was waiting for fries that were right behind her. She said it wasn't her job to get it. Nobody else was around.

The night crew is lazy and they're not considerate of the people who are ordering food and spending their money, giving them slop when people pay their hard-earned money to get hot decent food. It's very disgusting.
How unprofessional they can be? I've ordered from this place numerous times at night and all The Times The food has been horrible.

It's not good food at all and pretty lousy service. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. I used the app once for a potato, and when I arrived tonpicknit up, they didn't have any potatoes, and the store couldn't issue a refund I had to don't through the app. Well it was like pulling teeth to get a number to call and when inwent through that process the person on the phone said the store needed to refund me either way I never got a refund I could bought 5 pounds of potatoes for what I paid for 1 for and didn't get. And this wasn't this forst horrible experience.

I had a decent meal here. They cheaped me a little on the fries, though (the box could have held more), and they didn't have a ketchup dispenser - you had to use little packs which is really annoying when you like ketchup on your fries. The hamburger was hot and made well. Last, they have a really nice soda dispenser that worked well. Overall, acceptable but not stellar.

Halloween night is definitely not a night to go to this Wendy's they were extremely busy glad I didn't order very much food all I ordered was a #7 combo medium with a root beer after waiting 25 minutes in the drive thru to get my chance to order and they ran my debit card handed me a hamburger and said have a good night explained to the guy on the register order was not correct and then he was instantly angry not my fault he dropped the ball.
