I don't know what it is about this location, but they seem to always forget to give me food, or they get the order incorrect. The biggest gripe I have is that often I will go to this location and nobody is there. They are supposed ro be open, lights are on, but nobody answers at drive thru. I recently made an online order, went to pick it up, and nobody there. I ended up at the airport Rd location. That's now the only one I'm going to. It's a bit farther away but they seem way better there.

This place is absolutely garbage. They got my order so wrong and I was missing items from my meal and when confronted I did t get a full refund because I was never given a recipt and the manager just gave me money back for the sandwhich. He treated me like he could not be bothered. Worst Wendy's Ive ever been to

Got in line behind one car at 10 pm on a Friday, and I could already hear the driver asking if anyone was there. After 5 mins, he gave up and drove away. I pulled up to the speaker and had the same experience. After 5 mins, someone said, "Be right with you," but didn't come back on for another 5 mins. I then had to repeat my order 3 times, as the employee clearly seemed to be under the influence, and then he said they were out of all the items I ordered so I left and went to the one on West Ave/High St. Meanwhile, 2 more cars pulled up behind me, and both backed out and left. Altogether, that was possibly over $100 that this Wendy's lost out on in a 15-minute period on a Friday night.

Food is nasty . Lukewarm and tastes stale as if it's been sitting out for hours. Food needs to be made to order. Wendys is charging way to much to eat something that is nasty and not edible to eat. Dried out hamburgers. Lukewarm fries as well.

Ordered 2 salads, got to the drive through window after a long wait to be told they only had one left. They didn't even offer anything to replace it, just "sorry were out".

This is the slowest wendys in the state . I waited 20 of my 30 minutes for lunch just to get my food. Orders weren't right . One guy had to go back up 4 times to get his stuff. The gentleman at the cash register did not speak a lick of English. I could barely order my food. I will not be going back. Killer food. Very slow and 0 ambition staff . They need to stop hitting the pen before there shift ... simple no dope before work .

I visited this Wendy's with my kids today at 5pm, to dine in. Unfortunately, it was a letdown. Why, you say? Well, I'll tell you. When I got there, I waited 15 minutes before placing my order. During that time, one party of 7 and another party of 1 had already placed their orders. No one greeted me or took my order until the food from both those orders had been completely removed from the counter. When I *was* finally greeted by staff, they merely said to me: "DoorDash?" I said "no, I'm here to eat." No acknowledgement from staff or "sorry about that" for the long wait. So I place my order of 3 biggie bags, 15 minutes after arriving. Then I took my seat to wait for my order. The music in the dining room is blaring. Most of the tables in the dining room were dirty and hadn't been bussed. My order then took another 10 minutes to be ready. When it did come out, my food was barely warm. If my food took so long to get ready, why couldn't it be hot when it came out? Oh well. So I began to eat with my kids at a clean table I found in the dining room. While I ate, I watched an employee go to the exterior doors and lock the panic bars so no one else could get in to the dining room. Then I watched as 2 dozen or so customers tried to get in, but got back in their cars and left because they couldn't get into the restaurant. No one put a closed sign on the door, or said the restaurant was closing early. The restaurant hours say the dining room is open until midnight. I have been here before with the same extremely slow, lackadaisical service. The restaurant appears understaffed, and staff can readily be seen bickering in the kitchen trying to make ends meet between the drive through and the dining room. It looks like their priority is serving the drive through, and the dining room is an afterthought. It's like no one gives a rip, and it's too bad. The thing that bothers me the most is not the bad service, or the mediocre food. It's the staff inexplicably locking the doors to customers who want to come in to eat, and staff refusing to let them in when those customers can be visibly seen pulling and knocking on the doors asking to be let in. As much as I like Wendy's, I will not be back to this one.
Awful, entire morning staff had gone rogue. Corporate needs to shut down this store ASAP.

Drive thru was extremely slow, basically only taking one car's order at a time. Food was ok. Like most places, seems overpriced for what you get.

In charge of people for food and then not getting the food is a big, no, no for me.

Baconator fries are the ugliest and smallest thing in the world. They also served me chili and they couldn't even get me the cookies. Oh my God, what a horror.
