This place has gone downhill big time. The wait is ridiculous - every time I go I end up sitting and waiting at the speaker for a good 10 mins or more...it wouldn't be a big deal if it was every so often, but this has gotten to be an every time thing. I assume they must be understaffed, so clearly management is doing something wrong.

We often times go to this location and it's fine. But today, it was far from that. Mostly female staff with a few males in the back. No one was on the register and we waited a few minutes. A guy comes up to change out the cash drawer, having to be keyed into the register by a female worker. When someone asked who's on counter everyone said not me. Including the girl who unlocked the register saying 'not me, I'm out' the whole while everyone it joking around. I get having fun at work, but when you have customers act like an adult.

This place is run down dirty floor in seating area ....just not a place to bring your mother to..... NOT IMPRESSED....
Service wasn't great the manager Dave was very unhappy with his job and made it show. Staff at the register didn't know what they were doing. Food didn't come as ordered and I waited nearly 30 minutes.
