Irish Hills Golf Course

Spicy chicken tasted like what I assume chewing on a leather shoe would be. Sad that places serve something so awful considering the ridiculous prices now. The sandwich had to be sitting under the heat lamps for hours. The staff was good, restaurant was clean by today's standards

Slow service overdone burnt hamburger. Cashier takes an order. Then says just a moment and goes to the back. After a 3-4 minutes comes back up and takes next order. Tells next perdon in line just a moment. 3-4 minutes later he comes back up to take the order. He then tells me just a moment. Into the back he goes. I see him tslking to drive thru worker then walks into back back to drive thru. Walkes to counter looks at the 3 trays on counter then askes to take my order after a 5 minute wait. He tells tge next person the same thing.
Not sure why he always had to go in back. A petson doing fries another on grill and no food was given to customers at tge counter yet.
Adter some time I got my food. Unwrapped it and it looked burnt on edges. Took a bite and it was dried out way over cooked. I knew I should of left while waiting in line.
Never again will I go to this Wendys. Food is crap along with the service.

I would say for the most part it was pleasant giving I had a large order and spent 60 something dollars but the issue came when I was given the food and I was checking to make sure all my food was there. One of the employees smartly said all your food is there lady ! I believe it was the older one with glasses . And if you need to check your schedule , it happened today 2/4/25 approximate time around 9pm. I normally don’t like writing bad reviews but that was rude and uncalled for. I spent too money not to make sure I had everything .

The manager/lead and staff on for the evening of 01/30 were amazing! He was training a new hire and was very patient and kind while educating her and ensuring everything was correct. She was also kind and patient with us and our coupon and orders. Great experience. Our food was also fresh and tasty. Will definitely return to this location.

Staff is very lazy. Closed at 10pm and it says 12am. 3 people looked at us through the drive through but they ignored us.

Service was great, so was my salad, but my friends burger was a little disappointing. Lettuce and tomato not fresh and small. Also the Dr. Pepper regular and diet, tastes terrible!

Vegetarian options: Just salads, can get without the chicken.

Need to fire each of their employees and just shut down if you really wanna wait a hour to get your food then definitely go their waste of a restaurant space absolute trash compared to the in and out service at the McDonald’s next door

Messy parking lot. Car in front me me order a lot. I only ordered a drink. On my opinion, the vehicle should have been. Asked to move ahead, I could have ha e my "fast" food drink fast. But now it's colder, I assume no one will walk outside for 45seconds to hand another vehicle they did, thank then and go back inside.

been at this location and it has to be the worst Wendys they forget your food after you have been through the drive they get the orders wrong all the time they forget to complete the orders correctly, perhaps it needs new management or close it 5 out 5 times there is always an issue POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
