As a prior manager of Wendy's this is the single worst location I have ever had The misfortune to visit. Employees were rude mis made one the terribly and refuse to take any responsibility and absolutely destroyed what should have been a decent sandwich. Shame on Dakota when they handed us our food they said not one word out of their mouth to tell us that the order was not what we had placed and just left this slop in our bag this is supposed to be an asiago classic instead we got a mess not worth eating.

The store hours show they are open to 1am. The store was lit up like it was open but the employee refused to take our order. When we drove past the window the girl was standing in the window picking her nose. who ever is working right. now should be fired

This place is a hit or miss. I have thought about making this review many times before, but wanted to give them multiple chances to prove me wrong… I never have a problem with the food, but the attitudes. Specifically from a girl with glasses and black hair. I get anxiety ever time I see her in the drive through, as she acts like she hates her life and her job working there. I get my food thrown at me every time, no smile or anything. Just a cold stare. I am always kind back but just will never understand how this lady is still employed acting that way!

Got 2 orders of baconater fries, no cheese sauce on them, tons of bacon, and fries. Please do better Wendy's. After waiting 30 mins. In drive thru. If I wanted just fries and bacon on top I'd order that. Very dry, please at least put some cheese sauce on it. Gross.

Our tour bus stopped and about 25-30 people decided to dine here. 7/30/25. Rico single-handedly managed the front counter. Great job! I had chili and it was piping hot.

Food came quickly through the drive-through, however as I was eating the nuggets I ordered, I found hair in multiple of them, and not a single strand, a small clump of hair. I also found some kind of paper of sorts in another 2 of them. Service was quick and friendly, but what was found in the food is disgusting.
