If I could do less stars I would. Employees don't make eye contact. Wearing sandles in kitchen. Takes forever for food. Tables sticky. Food covered in filth. Feet stick to the floor.

It took forever to get them to answer the phone. I ordered my usual, which is the 10 piece with a fry. On their website it says $9.99 and that’s the price i’ve always paid for it. When i went to pick up the food the cashier told me it was $15 and some change. I just ordered a few weeks back and there has been a 50% price increase since with no heads up. Nothing has changed, the portions are the same, the website says $9.99 still. I paid, regardless, as i was hungry. The cherry on top was that she said she had no change, so she could only give me $2 back unless i wanted coins. It all felt shady as I didn’t get a receipt or anything. Food is okay, chicken was over-fried, definitely not $15 worth of food as the portions are small. Needless to say- i won’t be eating here again.

Burnt food I'm sure happened on purpose because no one here wants to hear, it IS ILLEGAL TO KEEP CUSTOMERS CHANGE. If my bill is 198.00 you don't round up. You don't decide what I'm paying as we go here that's why you have a Kenny's. Nothing adds up here and it's more than illegal. DO NOT RECOMMEND, UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND BEING STOLEN FROM. Want tips, get a jar, and or use your food truck if you just want tips. Staff could hear customers if the music wasnt played from a "RESTRAUNT " IN TO THE MALL. Neva again ..word of mouth will DESTROY THE CROOKS

I called to place an order for 250 wings +30 pieces of catfish. I was quoted a price from a lady named Jalonnie $268. I arrived to pick up my food.& I was told another price which was calculated to be $200 more which was a total of $486, so I had to take the catfish off in order for my total to be what was originally quoted to me, I was very disappointed. I asked if there was someone that I could speak to in charge. I was told there was no one in charge. There was no one that I could talk to about this situation. Jalonniei was very nice, but not accommodating. The wings were very good, but as far as running a business you have to do better. Everytime I tried to call no one ever answered the phone. I felt like I was getting the run around. I will not be returning here. I will have my food catered elsewhere.

The fish is really good the chicken is really small pieces, and fried a little to hard. The kids that are serving when the parents aren't there curse so bad, the music is so loud you can't hear when you are placing an order and the choice of music is has so much foul language and they rap it louder the the radio, they never answer the phone so you have to go in and order and wait while listening to this loud ghetto music, and kids cursing. I honestly wouldn't go back. And they get mad at the customer if the forget to give sauce or seasoning.

Paid for my food, I waited for about 10 minutes and then asked how much longer and she said 6 minutes. I said ok and I have to leave but I will be back. Came back 15 minutes later in a rush, thinking I'm going to grab my food and leave and still had to wait. And then she tells my daughter it wasn't her fault that I was in a rush. And how does a restaurant serve French fries, but don't provide salt for them... I m done and won't go back or promote them.Edit: I forgot to mention you don't take cash. Half the stuff on the menu was crossed off and please explain what I am not being truthful about...

Some of the best food I've ever eaten in Jackson and the young man that waited on me had great customer service and a friendly welcoming attitude. My food was done fast and was so fresh, tender and juicy. My only concern is no cash, but I understand in today's society why. Thanks for some delicious food!
