Love Biggby’s as occasional treat. Hit or miss at times when new staff are training or busy times of day so I order extra hot. Some of the best Barista’s working here! Hope they are working on my next visit.

we order almost every Sunday morning for pick up. usually we have good service. this morning I did not order coffee only our bagels. The gal asked if we needed out normal Black Bear. She is an amazing employee who always greets us with a smile. sorry we didnt catch her name. But the 8:30 to 8:45 morning shift is where you will find her.

9/4/25 - Tried the frozen pumpkin spice latte for the first time. Not impressed with the flavor. No pumpkin taste. Will be trying Starbucks next for a comparison. Oh, and the drive-up speaker is still in need of attention.
While the service (at the window itself) has always been good, the drive-up speaker, when placing an order, either needs repair, or better yet, replacement. It is difficult to hear and/or understand the person taking your order.

When in for a door dash never been in this location no one said any thing wasn't greeted or here is your order I had to look around where I seen it on the counter I think it was my skin color

Bigby drinks are amazing. The staff on this stil was super helpful and friendly. The store however is a mess. Needs cleaning and new furniture bad. Not super inviting.

Great service, fast to prepare coffee. My Sunday Morning go to for Coffee and a Bagel.
Like Biggby's. Wish they still had a larger tea selection. Drinking much less coffee these days. They have reduced their tea offerings over the past several years. Prices a bit better than Star....., but still seem high. We just buy less often as a result. Still a nice coffee shop!

Wouldn’t let me use my buy one get one free coupon because of some reason that made 0 sense at all so I ended up having to pay 17.30 instead of the 10.30 or so for 3 coffees two specialty and one brewed Will not come back to this location in Jenison the only good one is Baldwin right up the street.
