Employees are always so friendly here! It is, really, really good BBQ -some of the best I’ve had outside of our family farm. The only prob is consistency -we’ve had marvelous brisket for the most part, but have gotten some really dry/old brisket before. I definitely still recommend -but get those coupons! Side note, I wasn’t a fan of the turkey….

I am not one to leave reviews but this experience was review worthy. Two staff members had their hair loosely down while running their hands through it and then touching the food, sneezing-full on snot rocket - wiped on his shirt over the fryer and one gal leaning over the counter dragging their sweatshirt through the newly plated food was enough to have me never return. ?

I was so disappointed with this place. - lot of money for very little food. Most of the sides wernt even filled fully. The pic is straight out of the box how many fries they gave us.

First visit…. & last visit. The menu board had one price and the “real” price was $6.00 more on a $9.99 combo. To be fair they did have a sign that said the menu board did not reflect the actual price… but who would think it was $6.00 more?! They could have fixed this problem by making a list of the new prices (I mean, after all, they made a note that the menu prices did not reflect the register) The french fries tasted like they were dumped back into the grease to be warmed up and the amount of fries were less than a kids meal. Very disappointed.
Parking: It is easy to park… now I know why there was plenty of parking space.

Haven't been here for a few years, decided to come back before I move.
It's kind of insane what they're charging. For the 2 meat plate and a drink, I paid $23. Which for the amount and quality of the food is a lot more than they should be charging. I'm including the photo because when I got it, I was shocked at how little you get. I understood that the prices had gone up since I last visited, but I dont think anyone can look at what's on that tray and think it's a fair price.
And the brisket was pretty fatty, which means there's even less that is edible on the tray.
Everything else was fine, Kielbasa was great, and the people working were nice, but I can't see a reason to come back.
Side note: the toast is actually crazy good, way better than the rolls they used to have.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. The food was cold, they had no sauces out, just burnt sauce in the bottom of their containers. They completely forgot two of our sides and we spent over $50. Plus they wouldn’t let us use a 20% off coupon we had. Just don’t bother this place is a joke.

Ordered a $52 family meal and paid online. Showed up when the order said it was ready for pickup and there was a sign on the door stating “closed due to staffing issues”. Two employees were eating in the lobby so I knocked and they proceeded to point at the sign and laugh then continue on with their meal and conversation. I later called and the manager ‘Sarah’ said “you have to call corporate” about it. Eventually got a refund but won’t likely ever return due to the horrible service!!
