I have ordered from here numerous times but likely won't do so any more - placed a delivery order to the same address I've ordered to probably a dozen times before. 15 minutes or so into the order when the food was supposedly already being made, they called me and informed me that I'm outside of their delivery range this time. I live 3 miles away and they've never before mentioned that I'm outside of their delivery range, throughout the course of the multiple other orders I've had delivered here.
It would be more understandable if they had mentioned this beforehand along with one of my other orders, or even if they had called right away and explained that they couldn't deliver to me, however even confirming that I've had multiple deliveries here before the only explanation they could give was that none of the drivers felt like delivering my order this time.
The Domino's website doesn't give me any options for other locations, nor does it even warn me that I might be out of the delivery range of the location it has me placing an order for, so I can't really be ordering food from a place that may or may not be in the mood to actually fulfill my order.

I called to place an order because the online ordering was down, and a young man said he couldn’t take my order because they had 10 orders ahead of me and only one person working.
To give some perspective, a competitor in Grandville pleasantly took my order and upon arriving to pick it up had 8 people working and one nice lady solely at the POS taking orders; a well oiled machine with excellent customer service. I know who’ll be receiving my business from now on.

Used to be really good...this time...AWFUL!! Bad enough to not try again. The Manager was the kindest person, but the food...DRY and tasted like off brand sauce. The sauce that you could taste, anyway. One pizza was so dry, the sausages coulda rolled right off. Food was re-made...still bad.

Trust the reviews. I also got to experience the hour and 20 minute waits everyone was talking about only to find out I was missing part of my order and one of my pizzas was destroyed. The staff is frantically trying to fill more orders than they can handle, and I sympathize with that, but don't hang up on a customer when we're trying to negotiate a solution to a problem you caused. Giving 2 stars for the manager handling the situation and giving me a full refund for the trouble.

I made an online delivery before 10:30pm (they say they are open until 1:00am). My order was accepted and money was paid, but the order was never delivered and I called during operating hours and was sent straight to voicemail saying they were closed. Never got my food and have to wait and work for a refund.

When ordering a pizza, keep in mind it will arrive two hours from the time you make your order. Staff is probably super overwhelmed and it is not their fault, however upper management should cap the amount of deliveries accepted.
Finally one of the best outlets in terms of taste. The pizza was fresh and was done perfectly. I have been to other outlets as well but not a single one compares even close to this outlet in terms of food quality and taste. The place could use some tidying up though. Everything else is great, the staff is very warm and welcoming as well. Keep it up guys

I ordered from here Sunday at 10pm for delivery . They are open until midnight and allow you to place a delivery order online. No one will call to inform your order is cancelled because their drivers leave at 10pm. Do not waste your time ordering from here they may or may not be working/open who knows.

This is the second time we have ordered on a Sunday only to be super frustrated. The first time they did not have any salads and could not issue a refund so we had to call back on a Monday to talk to a manager who was not pleasant. This time we cancelled after 45 minutes because it was going to be another 45 minutes to get the order in the oven. The young staff member was doing his best to work quickly and deal with very unhappy customers, but woefully understaffed. The general manager did not answer any of the staffs calls for help. Poorly managed.

A 15 to 20 minute order is taking almost an hour and I’m literally sitting at the location still waiting for it. If it’s going to take over an hour they should at least put it down on the app! Instead it’s saying 15-20 minutes. I won’t be coming back again. This location seems to have poor reviews

Went there yesterday after the app notified me my order was ready, and they made the wrong wings so i had to wait 20 mins for that to be corrected only to find out my pizza was completely wrong too 🙄 The guy working the register was very rude as well. Wont be coming back here again
