I made an online delivery before 10:30pm (they say they are open until 1:00am). My order was accepted and money was paid, but the order was never delivered and I called during operating hours and was sent straight to voicemail saying they were closed. Never got my food and have to wait and work for a refund.

When ordering a pizza, keep in mind it will arrive two hours from the time you make your order. Staff is probably super overwhelmed and it is not their fault, however upper management should cap the amount of deliveries accepted.

Finally one of the best outlets in terms of taste. The pizza was fresh and was done perfectly. I have been to other outlets as well but not a single one compares even close to this outlet in terms of food quality and taste. The place could use some tidying up though. Everything else is great, the staff is very warm and welcoming as well. Keep it up guys

I ordered from here Sunday at 10pm for delivery . They are open until midnight and allow you to place a delivery order online. No one will call to inform your order is cancelled because their drivers leave at 10pm. Do not waste your time ordering from here they may or may not be working/open who knows.

This is the second time we have ordered on a Sunday only to be super frustrated. The first time they did not have any salads and could not issue a refund so we had to call back on a Monday to talk to a manager who was not pleasant. This time we cancelled after 45 minutes because it was going to be another 45 minutes to get the order in the oven. The young staff member was doing his best to work quickly and deal with very unhappy customers, but woefully understaffed. The general manager did not answer any of the staffs calls for help. Poorly managed.

A 15 to 20 minute order is taking almost an hour and I’m literally sitting at the location still waiting for it. If it’s going to take over an hour they should at least put it down on the app! Instead it’s saying 15-20 minutes. I won’t be coming back again. This location seems to have poor reviews

Went there yesterday after the app notified me my order was ready, and they made the wrong wings so i had to wait 20 mins for that to be corrected only to find out my pizza was completely wrong too 🙄 The guy working the register was very rude as well. Wont be coming back here again

I waited 1hr and 20 minutes for a pizza. There are 2 pieces with no toppings on half and it was cold. Bummed.
And just now I attempted to contact the store manager as they requested that I call the store so they could try to make it right. After 15 minutes+ of waiting to talk to someone, the person that Finally answered told me that they were just too busy to make things correct..wouldn't even put me through to the manager...said to call back some other time. Wow
My family got four items, two pizzas and two bread bites for dinner today. One of the pizzas came wrong, not being a plain cheese pizza. It’s currently been over an hour and forty five minutes and one single large cheese pizza hasn’t been delivered to the house yet. We were told it will be delivered as soon as a driver is available, and currently being told it’s on the road still. I understand certain things, but one pizza taking soooo much more time as four items? The four items got to the house half an hour after ordering btw.

I ordered online and didn’t check the box to put in a pickup time. So as soon as I saw the order confirmation I realized my mistake, so I called the store immediately. Well apparently the phones are down, so I try calling a few more times, nothing, just an automated message to try calling later. So I call the main office, lady doesn’t listen to me at all and just transfers me to the store number, well still no phones. So I go to pick up the pizza after work and pizza has been on the heater for 3 hours, so it looks terrible and is cold. I ask the guy in store if there is anything he can do and all I get is “I don’t know anything about it I just got here, sorry man, here’s your pizza”. Super frustrating that the phones aren’t working all day and phone is the only way to contact them, and then the guy in store didn’t care at all and just brushed it off. $50 for cold pizza
