I go here all the time and always get the same order. Past 3 visits its just gotten worse and worse and ive gotten the exact order everytime. Today I went and It‘s straight milk. My coffee tastes like milk and only milk and it barely even has a brown color its almost pure white. This used to be my go to dunkin but idk anymore. Plus the lady gave us attitude when we went to pay

Awful service. Went there 7/18. Two customers were waiting inside an only one car in front of me. Waited 10 mins for the workers to help the car in front of me then I had to wait over 5 mins just for a wake up wrap.My coffee tasted burnt an my wrap was sloppily put together an it wasn't even busy so what the hell did I wait so long for?? They had a million workers!

So, we live in an app world where you Order everything in advance and it’s ready and waiting for you when you get to drive-through. The ordering process was fine, the order was correct, and the donut holes tasted fine. No complaints.

Normally this place is good. The staff was friendly & drinks were almost always right, but the last month or so, the service has sucked, I pay extra for cold foam & it’s NEVER on my drink. When I tell whoever is working the window, I get attitude about having to put the cold foam that I PAID for on my drink. Frozen drinks never have whipped cream on them like advertised.

used to work here and the level of service is extra frustrating when you know all the ins and outs. service was slow and we werent even looked at for at least 5 minutes. my friends drink was served without whip cream (its one of the drinks that always comes with whip cream) and i brought my own cup for my drink and told her. instead of making it in a pitcher and pouring it or taking my cup she made it in a normal plastic cup and even put a plastic lid on top.
I ordered avacado toast today and it was awful! It was cold and the bread was mushy. The bread also tasted old. I will not go to this location again (Jenison)

i like dunkin’ a lot but every time i go something is off. they usually have a really bad attitude or they get my drink wrong. i wasn’t going to really worry about it until the experience i had today with the drive thru worker. very agitated when i made sure my drink was correct at the order point and didn’t say anything to me but how much my drink was at the window… i work in an understaffed coffee chain myself so i understand the stress that baristas are put under but never is that a reason to treat a customer horribly.

Absolutely perfect! I was in this morning and I am Not a frequent customer of Dunkin. The two ladies behind the counter gave me time to look at the menus and then answered a couple questions I had. Then made a GREAT recommendation on what to have for breakfast. Highly recommended. I really appreciate the great interaction so far away from home. Thanks again!!
