I ordered food for me and my kids and it was disgusting. I brought it back for a refund and they argued with me about it because one slice of the pizza was missing and a couple slices of Crazy bread because my kids bit it once and threw it Away. They were hostile with me and only agreed to a partial refund when other customers came in and they didn’t want to be embarrassed by the scene. I would avoid this location at all costs! Pizza was burnt and crazy bread was not seasoned at all yuck! And these two items with a small cheese pizza were $31!!! Never again

Over a 2 hour wait for my order when they said 50 minutes to a hour. Then when it was finally ready at the counter they shorted me a pizza for our family party. Peperoni pizza was burnt. Meat lovers had hardly any meat. They were supposed to deduct the missing pizza but actually made the check more expensive. First and last time ordering anything from that place. Horrible experience. I wish I could give less than one star.

Less than 1 star. I ordered an XL pizza at at roughly 8pm. These pizzas, in my opinion, are junk in the Georgetown Twp. area. However, we were both sick as all get out and Palermo, Peppino, Marco's, etc. all whined about being short-staffed, no delivery, wah wah wah. Keep in mind, it's 8pm, people. These places are within a mile of our home and we felt it best to stay home in consideration of others. This rotten pizza was charged a $5.99 charge, and Oh, we did feel like we should tip the driver because the lack of quality is not the drivers fault. So I paid $35 for a pizza that was so inedible it was pathetic. It was unbaked, no melted cheese, it was a joke. We didn't even get a special crust. We threw it in the trash. This isn't where I'm going to spend my money, ever, ever again.

DO NOT ORDER DELUVERY! 3 times now recently over an hour. Tonight was 1 hour 33 mins, twice the time i was told, when I called and said to keep it. The excuse was they only had 1 driver, then tell people it's gonna be an hour and a half and not 45 mins and we will know not to order. This was the Jenison MI location, night of November 15.

They actually listened about the flavored crust. We always get the butter cheese. 95% of the time it tastes like plain crust. But this time it was perfect.
