Wrong on a simple order AGAIN. 8 pc tender meal, gave no sauces and only 1 of 4 biscuits. One of the coleslaws was opened and spilled all over. The 4pc came with no biscuits and there wasn’t any honey. Ticket says packed and double-checked for accuracy 😂At the end of the day not a huge deal, but I didn’t get what I paid for. I blame ownership and management for the lack of pride they have in providing a service.

I haven’t been to this Kentucky fried chicken restaurant in two years. To me, they had gone downhill. Today, I ordered the $10.0O 4 New generation piece daily special. I asked for a regular chicken, and got the crispy chicken. I wish I would have double checked before I took it home. The breast was Rubber. The other three pieces were just OK, at best. The flavor is still there. Poorly cooked or bad chicken. As always, the biscuits are great. The coleslaw was great as usual. The mashed potatoes and gravy were good.

My boyfriend and I went to this KFC and were really disappointed. The chicken was soggy and the skin was literally sliding off the meat and some of the chicken didn’t come with any skin. This is not the crispy, golden chicken KFC is known for. I went back in and asked for a fresh batch, which they kindly made, but unfortunately, it came out soggy too. Super frustrating. If you’re craving that signature crispy crunch, I’d skip this location.

We don’t live very close so KFC is a rare treat for us. We picked up an 8 piece traditional recipe bucket plus all the sides. Service was great and food was hot. One disappointment was that at least 80% of the breading was missing when we got home and what was there was moisture laden and not at all crispy. Kinda felt like someone had pulled off the breading before the chicken was put in the bucket. Still tasty but just not the same! Missed the crunch!
I changed my review to two stars because they are so far behind The times. It's the only place I know of where you cannot use an app to order your food.
