This location kfc in jenison,Never gives what you need utensils n such to eat or enjoy what you purchased.To me the employee's aren't paying attention to the orders what so ever.Today the manager didn't care about anything.Big zero on their horrible service.

Ordered a 12 piece family meal, paid for a 12 piece family meal, recieved a 6 piece. Appears as though man isn't a requirement for employment. I love to fear away from this location to go back for my additional 6 pieces of chicken so I'm never going back to this location.

The chicken was not crispy it was awful. The sides were cold The biscuits were hard. Man have they gone down hill a lot. Use to love it now we will not go there again. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

Not good chicken tonight. Really greasy- I know, I know, but worse than normal. They were out of a few things. And what part of the chicken was that???

Yesterday we ordered 4 spicy sandwiches as we have done many times in the past. Upon eating it we noticed how soggy it was and also noticed it wasn’t the spicy sandwiches that we typically get. The bun was soggy, there was some sort of white sauce on it instead of the spicy sauce. I called today shortly after they opened (I work in the healthcare field, working 12+ hours and was unable to find the time to call until today) to explain this all to them and was told I could come in and get them replaced (which I’m very appreciative of) Once I arrived I was met with whom I’m assuming is the manager only for her to tell me that next time this happens I need to bring the food in to show them first, and that this has happened before (I’ve only had to call and “complain” one other time. Mind you we go to this location at least once a week) Maybe they assumed I was one of those lousy customers who lie to get free food? I’m not sure! I told her we took pictures of the food and I’d be more than happy to show her but she refused, so I drove off. I decided to come here and show them because like I stated I’m a regular customer of theirs. I don’t want to be portrayed as someone who complains and makes things up for free food. Tried their chicken tender and fry box for $5. Tried ordering through the app, but it seems that no locations near us take app/online orders currently. I specifically asked about getting the comeback sauce and they assured me it came with the meal. Got home, no comeback sauce. To top it off, the food was cold by the time we got home(less than 2 miles away). Tasted decent reheated, not sure if fresh really would have made a difference. Mac and cheese was delicious though. Experience was around 5:30-6pm on a Saturday.

The staff seemed unfriendly and can’t be bothered to think about customer service. The orders are consistently wrong and even with no one in line they take forever to give you food. They also don’t even accept orders from their own app. I’m not sure who’s running this dumpster fire but they certainly aren’t focused on running a right ship.

This was an unfortunate experience all around. I seldom leave a negative review, but KFC has lost our business. We placed an order online and selected the "drive-thru pickup" option. We arrived in the drive-thru with 5 cars ahead of us before our order was ready. It took 42 minutes for us to get to the window of the drive-thru just to get cold food. Since everyone else behind us in line leftdue to the wait, we asked for them to remake our order since it had been sitting for over 40 minutes. If it's packed and ready to go, and sits, it gets soggy and isn't very desirable. The young gentleman at the drive-thru window said we could have come in to pickup the order. I asked, "what was the point of selecting "drive-thru" as an option for pickup", especially if I have never ordered a mobile order from KFC before. We asked for a refund instead and then were told that because we ordered through the app, that we'd have to get a refund through that. Then, we were given the option to come in and wait an additional 20 minutes for food to be re-made. So it was essentially over an hour to get a "fast food" order with little (terrible) customer service and not a single apology from the manager, or a "sorry about your wait"..... Nope. Nada. I get things happen or there might be a rush, but that's when customer service is supposed to kick in. Just an apology or a simple conversation would have gone a long way, but for them to drop the ball and have awful service and not see a need to remedy the experience for the customer, was enough for us to say we will not be returning. Even after all of that, they still messed up the order. Had this been a one off experience, I wouldn't care, but this place has been less than stellar regarding service and wait times so we will not be coming back.

Pretty sad when they forget item's and you were the only one in there at the time and all you heard the workers talking about was closing down at 5:30 at night. Shouldn't that be a busy time? Now I know why it's not for them.

For $28 for eight pieces of chicken, I expected some of the colonel's finest juicy original recipe. What I received is some dried out, dehydrated chicken that should've been thrown out hours ago.
