It's not great, but it's good. It's fast food chicken. We eat there 4 or 5 times per year. The Famous Bowls are the best thing they have going. The $20 Fill Up really isn't that good. The Wraps are decent, but small. They really need to bring back the original The Twister. Don't rebrand it. Don't call it something else. Bring back the original. I LOVED the original.
Today I went through the drive thru and ordered my food but when I got to the window there was this young chick who obviously hates her job and feels like she needs to take it out on everyone that comes through her drive thru as she threw the bag of food at me not even saying hi or anything then gave me back my card and gave me my pop and still didn’t say thanks and have a nice day. But this isn’t the first time service has been bad there I’m sorry but this KFC needs a whole new work atmosphere of people I’m sorry!! It’s just sad

every time i go there is always something wrong with my order. they have their new wraps and i just didn’t want mayo on my honey barbecue wrap and they didn’t put barbecue on it at all just chicken pickles abd the wrap.

As many have mentioned they are using old stale food. It's not fresh. And it will get someone sick. I will never go here again, but I will be calling the health department.You should be ashamed of yourselves. I always loved KFC but nah no more.
I went in to find out about a large meal order. Mgr said call two days in advance. I did and got a price of $55.00stopped in morning of to verify size of large sides and Ordered 1 more gravy said I would be back at 3 to pick up.Brother and sister went to pick it up no order!! Lucky I gave my siblings the list of what the order was.They charged them $69.50! And gave them no biscuits!! So the extra gravy was $15.00 plus biscuits! Won’t do that again!

I was given an attitude at the drive-through by the person, taking money and handing out the food. We got home and was missing a considerable amount of our order so I called they told me I could come back and get it replaced so I sent my daughter when she got there. They told her they were not going to replace it because we didn’t bring the old food back with us to prove that we were missing it, who does this? I will never eat at that Kentucky fried chicken ever again because first of all that’s wrong on all the levels and second of all the chicken was disgusting.

Good quick food
