Dirty floor and dirty windows and the young man who started my pizza didn't wash his hands after rubbing his hair back. Later he took out the trash and didn't wash his hands, again. In fact, none of them did. Good thing they cook those pizzas well.

Who doesn't like pizza?
Well I had wrote that 4 years ago and things have changed. I’ve ordered from here a couple of times since April and consistently the order has gone downhill. When I ordered pizza this past week I had soooo much oil in the box it leaked everywhere in my car. I’m not talking about a couple of drops. I’m talking the whole passenger seat covered with oil and cheese. I need to get my car detailed. Absolutely ridiculous. The box was soaked with oil. Destroyed. I had to throw the pizza away. Disgusting

I ordered online. When the system said my food was ready, I went in and it wasn't ready. I ended up waiting a good five minutes at the front counter to be acknowledged, and finally heard someone in the back say "hey, can you go get the front? I don't feel like it." Guy comes to the front, checks my order, realizes the crazy bread hadn't been put in the oven yet. Says it will be another ten minutes. 30 minutes go by before I finally get the crazy bread. By then, the pizzas were old and gross. Service was a joke. I won't visit this location again. Fortunately, the locations on Chicago Drive or in Allendale are both close enough and don't seem to have the same issues this location does.

The kids were to busy messing around waited 1 hr for food went in to check order and had to almost repay for the pizza paid and ordered for a hr ago then when I went home the pizza was half way cooked and was still dowey was really bad and gave me food poisoning

Everytime I get food here it is low quality. Bread sticks are flat and no butter. Pizza isn't great either. I've had way better experiences at other locations.

service sucks here don't go here there's a bunch of younger people not doing their job doing whatever they're doing while a bunch of people are waiting and I've seen a few just leave because there was nobody up front taking peoples orders they were all in the back and we finally just left to go get pizza somewhere else
