I ordered online. When the system said my food was ready, I went in and it wasn't ready. I ended up waiting a good five minutes at the front counter to be acknowledged, and finally heard someone in the back say "hey, can you go get the front? I don't feel like it." Guy comes to the front, checks my order, realizes the crazy bread hadn't been put in the oven yet. Says it will be another ten minutes. 30 minutes go by before I finally get the crazy bread. By then, the pizzas were old and gross. Service was a joke. I won't visit this location again. Fortunately, the locations on Chicago Drive or in Allendale are both close enough and don't seem to have the same issues this location does.

The kids were to busy messing around waited 1 hr for food went in to check order and had to almost repay for the pizza paid and ordered for a hr ago then when I went home the pizza was half way cooked and was still dowey was really bad and gave me food poisoning

Friendly and hard working staff. Always get the order right and are even cutting the pizza better than they used to.
Everytime I get food here it is low quality. Bread sticks are flat and no butter. Pizza isn't great either. I've had way better experiences at other locations.

service sucks here don't go here there's a bunch of younger people not doing their job doing whatever they're doing while a bunch of people are waiting and I've seen a few just leave because there was nobody up front taking peoples orders they were all in the back and we finally just left to go get pizza somewhere else
My grandson was working here ,they had a group chat with other employees making racial slurs about him,I spoke with the manager who did nothing to rectify the situation so my grandson quit!! This is unacceptable as the employees continue to work there.

run by a bunch of younger kids not doing their job. I went in when my pizza said it would be ready and i was the only customer but i waited an extra 30 minutes for a pizza. Not to mention the workers in the back were not wearing gloves when touching the food and they were messing with the radio and continuing to touch the food. I am really not happy with this store or the company right now! Oh I got the pizza home it was undercooked and the box leaked of grease so I went back had them re make it and same issue. When I called back they told me a manager was not on duty to issue my refund.
