Good iced coffee however terrible service. Was made by numerous staff to wait back in line just for a cup of water! Never been to a Starbucks that does that!

I was in the Starbucks drive thru asking the barista (was wearing a red sweater and blond hair” if I could do two separate transactions and she rolled her eyes and slammed the barcode scanner on the counter and said “i guess”. SO RUDE! Like do your job!

Ordered a drink I order all the time. Girl tells me we don't have that and haven't in years? I was just here 2 days ago. AND why does it take 20 minutes for a coffee? That's an average ticket time in a resturant. What is happening?! Every time I order ahead 20 mins and have to still wait when I come in. Never been to a bad Starbucks. Until jenison opened. Retrain your staff and make sure they know their menus and ingredients.

Parking: Depending on what Starbucks you go too some have a smaller parking lot and are busy in side so I would recommend going through the drive through
