i like this location. I drink coffee here every day, I usually order and get it at the store. Sometimes because I'm busy I get my coffee a little late. and the ice in the coffee was almost melted, I asked the staff for more ice, she took my excuse to see what I ordered and she said if she wants more ice next time order extra ice, but with an unfriendly attitude. I just feel disrespected. Except for her, I still love this shop

This location is INCREDIBLY busy, so I usually mobile order way in advance to plan accordingly. When I do have the chance to order in-person, the baristas are excellent, friendly & engaging. I’m so happy to finally have an awesome Starbucks in my community! The baristas are always working as quickly as they can, while customers stand around & glare at them… so I try to go out of my way to smile & thank the baristas! Thanks for being wonderful, lovely people, Baldwin...

Updated:I can now add a star to my review...Lmao - I'm dead. I'm literally just adding a star to now make 5-stars. The amazing voiced barista on the other side of the drive-thru intercom said: "I love an understanding man". I had ordered a total of 19 shots of espresso in the drinks for my coworkers so I knew it was gonna take a second ?Honestly this place is great, love you all!
