One of the cleanest Starbucks stores out there. Has never messed up my order (a venti whole milk). I would rate it 6 if I could.

I am not typically one to leave a review, but after paying $8 for a drink I’m disappointed. I didn’t think I was paying $8 dollars for ice. I thought I would have some coffee too. This is after some ice melted as I drank what little coffee there was… I won’t be coming back to this location.
I love my Starbucks! I just edited what was a bad review and replacing it with a positive review! Starbucks treats me well every single day! I have a custom coffee each morning! The staff is beyond helpful! I appreciate all of your hard work! Thank you so much!

Normally this is my go to Starbucks that I visit at least once a week. I'm guessing the issue this morning was they overlooked my drink or maybe someone took my drink, but I had to wait 20 minutes for an Americano. When I can see that drinks that were ordered after mine were coming through by the dozens you know it's a problem. I made a mobile order so that way I didn't have to necessarily wait and it looks like it would have been better if I just went through the drive-thru. For such a simple drink you would think that they would try to prioritize something like that especially if it's been ordered way before any of the others. I don't understand how tickets are pulled and placed in a priority but maybe that should be looked at again? You can't tell me that you're running behind when I can see the time stamps and other drinks being at least 15 minutes after mine.

the guy who i talked to sounded like he didn’t know what he was talking about and told me i couldn’t use my birthday drink because it’s not the day of (it’s been 3 days). googled it and it’s good for 30 days.

Rude baristas. I have never had such terrible service at a Starbucks. I am visiting from out of town, went there 3 or 4 times. Only had one employee say thank you, no one smiled or said hello. Will never go back. I drove well out of my way to get coffee to avoid these people.

I ordered a small mocha to go.
The lid popped off 3 times. The last time in my car where it splashed all over me and my passenger seat. I didn't even get a drink.
If I could give zero stars, I would. This Starbucks location has consistently delivered one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. The staff is unwelcoming, often acting like they don’t want to be there—and they make it clear that customers aren’t particularly welcome, either.
I used to come here regularly, but after numerous poor interactions, I’ve decided to take my business to another Starbucks. Talking to other former customers, it’s clear I’m not alone; many have left due to the rude and dismissive treatment. It feels like dealing with high school “mean girls,” and that’s the last thing anyone needs with their coffee.
Management, I hope you can address this and guide your staff toward creating a friendlier, more professional atmosphere. Starbucks should be a place where everyone feels welcome, not judged.
