Weirdest interaction ever. The guy making my sandwich never took his earbuds out, kept asking me to repeat myself. He only put my sub in the toaster for 10 seconds and didn’t wait for the timer to go off. The bread was soggy and he had to search for it among the pile of loaves. I had to ask 3 times for a cookie. And the entire time him, his silence coworker, and a kid (13-14) that had come out of the back were just staring at me like I was crazy. The food was disgusting and there was hardly any meat.

This subway never answers calls. They also never have anything. When I make an online order they fail to call when they don't have an item instead they wait for you to get there for pick up. I don't suggest coming to this location.

Called several times to ask if they were out of meatballs! I ordered twice and they would call me back so I thought I would be prepared and ask in advance to save the refund online ordering, but I never get answered so I order then literally 2 minutes later I get a call... I answer and it subway some kids who obviously didnt want to answer the phone. If you have the time to find my number and call and process a refund then god forbid you had time to just answer it the numerous times I called. Being busy is understandable, put me on hold, but they didnt sound busy at all. Hopefully this review saves people some time and allows management to figure something out, but we all know how this works as this subways stars are already low. Ill miss this place dearly but my, nor my companions time, money or services will be present again.

I went to the subway to get a cold cut sub with onions and meal deal and it took quit a while to get our food , they were extremly slow and they were counting the money instead of helping people to get thier food , I wasnt very pleased or happy ,

Once they finaly started helping me they were still slow and not on top of thier game ,

I had a buy one get one free sub from subway ,

I was Late For My Meeting.

The sub I had was good it was a cold cut with dried onions , cheese sauce , peper corn ranch. It came with chips and a drink meal deal.

I would have liked to see full service and come to the counter when thier guests come to order thier food and not make them wait until thier done with what ever thier doing .

Weekday lunch rush. One person working. They should close down under these conditions or go “online” pickups only. Owner is failing their staff and not setting them up for success. Food was fine.

Slow service, only one person behind the counter, second employee sitting at table on a laptop, two others out in the back parking lot. After almost 15 minutes, the only person actually working, was as still on the same customer. We left without even being acknowledged. Not even worth a 1 star!

Ordered on the app, I wanted to add black forest ham to an Oven Roasted Chicken, but food wasn't ready by the time we got there because "mixing two types of meat on a sandwich will mess up the system". 2024 and you don't have a button to "add ham"? So no said nevermind on the double meat. Finally got my food, I was still charged for the double meat. "Oh, I can't take that off for you. I'd have to void the whole thing and you'd have to re order it". Forget it. One of the many reasons we do to eat out much anymore. Everything is a hassle, and everyone has an excuse. On top of all that, the corners of my flatbread were hard as a rock.

For Starters. I do know they have a new franchise owner, We could tell instantly the employees were unhappy. Well I would be unhappy too if the new franchise owner thought only one truck load a week would take them through a weekend? One of the location was out of pickles so we drove to the other location and they gave us a lowdown. They only had a pan of pickles left for the weekend themselves. And I see by the lack of comments that nobody cares about these reviews. So from now on be warned until the new franchise owners can get it together the employees won't be able to keep it together. I feel so bad because they just want to do their jobs well but they can't when management is making it difficult with lack of products and poor managing skills. One truck load a week does NOT save you money. Even small ice cream shops gets twice a week deliveries.
