The person working the counter putting my sandwich together was extremely rude he kept saying okay what else really loud and being impatient and not waiting for me to communicate what I want on my sub won't go back there again because of his ridiculous attitude!

Tell me why?! I had to track through the snow!!! In dress clothing to get to the front door! Finding the entrance was weird! Then after leaving my card at home and only having a $50 bill on me, and ordering a full flat bread steak provolone sandwich was told we don't take anything over $20 ?? then I look down to see a little bitty sign that says at the register we do not accept anything over 20$.... I said well looks like I can't get anything today and started to walk out, then told well we can do it this one time only!! But next time we won't! I said I never come in here my bad I had no idea and I'll make sure not to come back. I'm so confused with CS and stuff people make up today! Goodbye ? Subway eat fresh elsewhere.Parking: I have no clue where to park I never found it, ? ? I parked in a business next to them and walked around the building and lawn to find the front door

My friends and I went to this location on Saturday around 3 pm and the place was pretty much empty. However, the customer service was terrible. One of the workers seemed stoned out of his mind and I had to repeat that I wanted lettuce on my sandwich 3 times because he kept asking if I said tomatoes. Our sandwiches were also all cut with the same dirty knife and they couldn't remember what order the sandwiches were in at the register. The manager could tell we were annoyed when she yelled at the employee to "pay attention to the customer".

So tonight my daughter went to get subs for her, her brothers and her friends for a late Saturday night party and she also ordered 1 box of cookies. The older man employee made a shameful and disparaging comment about her supposed appetite. Isn't that discrimination? I'm extremely offended by his behavior. Do better Subway. You know that your store is not the only one around here. In fact, the store on the corner of 28 St and Clide Park is open 24 hr and they load your sub. That store is good. Never again we'll go at the Jenison store. You guys lost us and my daughter's friends as customers. Guess where we are going now? Suckers.

This store is advertised on their door as being open until 9. I have pulled up several times at 840-845 and their door is locked and the sign is off. Last night there were two employees chatting and watched me pull on the locked door at 842 and then pretended they didn't see me. Very frustrating. I am hoping the franchise owner can speak with the employees about staying open for service until 9.

Horrible the lady manager there is horrific.My kids ordered some subs and they over charged them a whole extra sub..Tried to get a refund after some poor new kid who was very polite ,acknowledged what he did wrong..But then the other person working said she didn't know how to do it and we would have to come back tomorrow.Well we didn't get robbed Tommorow so please give us our money back today..Then the young girl said well will u take cash and we said yes and then she called the manager and lied by the way lol and said we wouldn't accept cash lol and said they were very busy even tho there was only 1 other person.Manager said we'd have to wait until tomorrow and leave our number and she would call..So she called and said she put the money back on the card and we told her thanks but why did we have to wait and why do the kids they leave in charge not no how to void orders?She got real snotty and said don't worry about it...I said what's the owners name and she got real mad and said I don't have to tell you this SMH..So I'm still looking how to talk to someone above her because she shouldn't be in charge!!!

At 4pm the place was a mess and something splattered on all the glass and bread crumbs everywhere on our side of the counter. The shorter girl c/o being there since 8:30 and this isn’t her life, stating They had 5 loaves of bread left and she wasnt doing any more, and that the previous shift didn’t prep anything. The taller girl taking my order was very nice but crying. Another customer was yelling for someone to come fill the ice in the pop machine. I ordered 3 subs and there was a line to the door. It’s usually alot cleaner at this location but this was a sad situation.

I asked for dressing on the side and got half (filled) of one those 2Tbs cup for my foot-long. Was about 100° and 90% humidity in there! Not a very comfortable experience. Rushed through making our subs to make up for how long we had to wait before our order was started. We had zero impatience with the waiting, so rushing to make our subs benefited us none. The ordering line through check out is very crammed and for me it was hard to see behind the food prep line counter.

If I would give a zero star I would. Bread was stale, workers rude and lazy. Sandwich was dry, barely any sauce. Go to the Grandville location, way better quality.

Both employees had headphones on jamming extra loud, didn't greet when I came in, and never took the headphones off or even turn them down. This used to be my go to spot. Looks like I will be going elsewhere
