Had to order on kiosks. Hard to find items on their system. After placing order, I helped 3 other people figure out how to place their orders. All 3 of the people got the food before me. After 1st person got food, manager said mine was second order coming. When I finally received my food (it was 10 minutes after placing order) I asked manager why others received food before me. She said sometimes when drive-up window side is not as busy orders move to other side. She did not even say sorry or seem to care.

Parking: As we were eating a truck pulled into the parking spot closest to the front door. A young man dressed with Taco Bell logo shirt and hat got out of truck, entered through main door, went behind counter, over to wash hands, and went to work preparing food. Truck was still parked in closest spot even though there were at least 20 or more other spots available. Seems like employees should leave spots near front door for elderly and handicapped customers.

Order a single meal in the lobby and waited 10 min before asking if they made it yet then tried telling me that they didnt get my order so I had to pull up my bank statement proving that I paid and then they were rude when making the food, very disappointing customer service compared to other locations

The dirtiest, grossest, smelliest Taco Bell I've EVER been to !! These are just a few photos of the entry way but the ENTIRE restaurant is this dirty from the floors to the counters to the doors !!! I was honestly grossed out! It's a good thing I was picking up a food delivery and not my own food because there's no way in hell I would eat there after seeing that ! The entry way smelled like something died in there. If an inspector would have showed up, they would have been shut down immediately! Absolutely disgusting and appalling!

Food was amazing but store is completely filthy floors are soaking wet!! Watched numerous amounts of people just about slip and fall all thru out the lobby bc of how wet the floor is!! Tell the employees and they just brush it off there shoulders

My buddy and I just got food from here, We were missing a item, our food was cold as if it wasn’t even warmed up or had been sitting for awhile like it was made for someone else. Also they had wrapped the bag so tight that both hard shells were broke into pieces. I’ve had problems with this location for years now and sometimes give it the benefit of the doubt cause of how conveniently close it is but i will now consider every horrible experience i’ve had here and just drive the extra 10 minutes to go to the next taco bell.

I really hope it's just a busy day, but this isn't the first time I've done an online order and still get the order wrong, I asked for no steak still got steak, was suppose to be some pico de gallo and tomatoes and didn't get any, asked for extra nacho cheese didn't get that either. This isn't the first time this location has messed up the order.

Great experience at this location. Nice, clean dining area, very pleasant staff, and our drinks were free (for seniors)! Guess I really do look my age ā˜¹ļø!

Food is amazing. Would rate service lower if I could same with that atmosphere seems like being friends with your coworkers is more important than a job and being professional is low on the list could hear All the employees joking around and talking in the background and messing around to the point where they were not focused on our order, and when we told them that our order was wrong, they gave us attitude and was upset that we asked to get it fixed and even after getting it fixed, still proceeded to messing it up ordered through the drive-through and our server was Heidi

Used to be a good, but the past month has become the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I don’t know what happened but it would be faster to go to another location that was further away, get food, and come back to this part of town.

Update: no idea when I wrote my initial review, but this place when down the gutter. Ordered online and went to pick it up immediately, food was already ready when I got there, but was behind the counter so I couldn’t grab it. Waited for about 15 minutes until someone even acknowledged me. No eye contact from any employee. Just handed me the bag and when I asked about the special Mountain Dew I ordered, they just said they didn’t have it and handed me a cup and walked away. I can’t believe this location is still in business. The other one on Wilson isn’t any better. I can’t believe there isn’t a good Taco Bell anywhere close.
