We went here for dinner. The bartender laughed at me when I asked about the bun and French fries being vegan. I felt like an idiot but called her out after the food was delivered. They do have a beyond burger but the staff is rude and condescending.

First time, Very nice, extremely fast, both on drinks and food. Amazing flavor.

The burger is a good size, menu says cook to medium well, so I checked with the server for a medium, that she confirmed, and it was still done well. I added fries, they were warm. Pulled pork and waffle chips, good sandwich, juicy and nice seasoned chips. French dip and waffle chips, looked like a good serving. Loaded tots, looked like fresh shredded potato mixed with cheese, green onion, bacon and deep fried balls served with homemade ranch, tasty, but couldn't place the bacon. A Sunday dinner for us, nothing wild going on. We were seated in the garage area, pleasant. Sorry forgot pictures, I have to get better at that.

The food is always fantastic! But in order for it to be fantastic, they need to consistently remember all of the items in a takeout order… I had my third issue with this recently.

Stopped for a couple drinks after golf on a Tuesday night, there were 2 bar seats open and no one waiting except for a couple of families waiting for a table and we were told by the manager? the bar seats were saved…I called there a couple weeks later and asked if they would save a couple bar seats for us and was told they don’t save seat !!! Great business model !!! I’ll never set foot in there again.

Food was fantastic! We had bacon cheeseburgers! Local meat and seasoned and cooked perfect! Fries were great! Service was phenomenal! Very nice staff and great sports bar atmosphere! First time. Just thought we’d try it! We will be back!

Such a bummer, arrived shortly before 11, got seated and nobody came to the table for 10 minutes. When they arrived they said they were only serving chips and drinks. Kitchen closed at 11. Kindof inconvenient after they had ignored us in a mostly empty restaurant until after the kitchen shut down. Drinks are good but unfortunately 11 pm was the first chance we had to eat since this morning and this was a fail.

The fried pickles were delicious and the big soft pretzel was one of the best I have had! Prices seemed a little high but the food and service were great.

Always good service and prices are decent. My only knock is that they’re the only place in Jenison with a hometown bar style atmosphere and menu, and they kinda know it. I asked for mayo on my sandwich and got a packet of mayo given to me. Maybe that’s a little nit picky but if I asked for a sandwich with mayo on it from the McDonalds next door they’d actually put mayo on my sandwich and then give it to me. They put in a ton of effort when it comes to service. But there’s no mozz sticks on the appetizer menu. Idk seems like low hanging fruit to me. I’m half joking but I do feel like they lean back on being the only game in town sometimes. Can’t blame them till someone decides to create some competition.

I’m really bummed. Just moved to the neighborhood and REALLY wanted this to be my local spot. Took me three attempts to find a time they weren’t packed (not their fault). I had to stare a hole into the forehead of 4 waitstaff standing behind the bar talking to get my order taken. The food was really great. Now I’m reading the owner’s comments on here and I am OUT. Not the vibe I’m looking for. I’ll try Peppino’s.

The owner seems to think he is above criticism and it shows in the way his staff behaves. If leadership can publicly dismiss legitimate complaints, the teenagers who work for him realize that customer service, health and safety rules can also be ignored. That's why their health inspections show violations like no testing strips for sanitizer or a dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer at all. Or stuff like employees not wearing gloves to add fruit garnishes to drinks. They they also got dinged for not having signs telling employees to wash their hands after using the bathroom, so keep that in mind when you squeeze that orange slice into your Oberon.
