Food was fantastic! We had bacon cheeseburgers! Local meat and seasoned and cooked perfect! Fries were great! Service was phenomenal! Very nice staff and great sports bar atmosphere! First time. Just thought we’d try it! We will be back!

Such a bummer, arrived shortly before 11, got seated and nobody came to the table for 10 minutes. When they arrived they said they were only serving chips and drinks. Kitchen closed at 11. Kindof inconvenient after they had ignored us in a mostly empty restaurant until after the kitchen shut down. Drinks are good but unfortunately 11 pm was the first chance we had to eat since this morning and this was a fail.

The fried pickles were delicious and the big soft pretzel was one of the best I have had! Prices seemed a little high but the food and service were great.

Always good service and prices are decent. My only knock is that they’re the only place in Jenison with a hometown bar style atmosphere and menu, and they kinda know it. I asked for mayo on my sandwich and got a packet of mayo given to me. Maybe that’s a little nit picky but if I asked for a sandwich with mayo on it from the McDonalds next door they’d actually put mayo on my sandwich and then give it to me. They put in a ton of effort when it comes to service. But there’s no mozz sticks on the appetizer menu. Idk seems like low hanging fruit to me. I’m half joking but I do feel like they lean back on being the only game in town sometimes. Can’t blame them till someone decides to create some competition.

I’m really bummed. Just moved to the neighborhood and REALLY wanted this to be my local spot. Took me three attempts to find a time they weren’t packed (not their fault). I had to stare a hole into the forehead of 4 waitstaff standing behind the bar talking to get my order taken. The food was really great. Now I’m reading the owner’s comments on here and I am OUT. Not the vibe I’m looking for. I’ll try Peppino’s.

The owner seems to think he is above criticism and it shows in the way his staff behaves. If leadership can publicly dismiss legitimate complaints, the teenagers who work for him realize that customer service, health and safety rules can also be ignored. That's why their health inspections show violations like no testing strips for sanitizer or a dishwasher not dispensing sanitizer at all. Or stuff like employees not wearing gloves to add fruit garnishes to drinks. They they also got dinged for not having signs telling employees to wash their hands after using the bathroom, so keep that in mind when you squeeze that orange slice into your Oberon.

Service was super fast. Ordered a beer and it was at our table 30 seconds later. Food was hot, fresh and quick.

First time coming here and I can say I will definitely be coming back. The food and service was excellent. We ordered the Pie Holes, Original Grander and J Popper Hamburger with seasoned fries. I have to say those are the best seasoned fries I have ever had. Our server was great! She was polite and attentive as well was the other staff we encountered at our time here. Job well done Win Tavern 33!! Keep up the great work and a shout out to the cooks! Excellent experience all around.

We love The Win. Had the Queso Nachos tonight - top notch-o! Everyone around us was having a blast! But please up the tequila game, sir. 🥹 We’ll be back…….

The fries were hot and I like salt but these were actually pillars of salt with miniature fries added. They brought out new fries with no salt ... Not what I wanted... But they had some seasoning on them after she brought them out a second time. And I got an attitude complete with an eye roll from the bartender gal for no extra charge. Then she disappeared. At least the beer was cold. :-) The burger wasn't bad tasting but the ciabatta bun was soaked and there was hidden guacamole all over the bottom of the bun. It's pretty tough to screw up a ciabatta bun but they found a way to do it. Maybe it was something to do with Halloween. It was hideous. I think a 5-year-old assembled the sandwich. Not going back......Annnnnddddd after seeing the owners response, I will never suggest your establishment to a friend in town. You creeped my Facebook? Wow. No big deal. You found out it is pretty much there for griping about politics. You must be an ardent Gretchen Whitmer supporter. Getting back to the sandwich, it was horrible. The fries were disgusting and the service was terrible.....and I still tipped the gal over 25% on a small tab. If you cant get past poorly prepared food and staff that disappears when your beer is empty then that is on you and it is management that cant train their help accordingly.

This place has great service, and a fun atmosphere. The food is good, compared to most restaurants. In my opinion, the way to make your food better than the rest, is make everything homemade. As far as I know, most items here are, but not everything (too many competitors willing to do this). Could be better, but at a cost. Chain restaurants you don't expect much, but local restaurants in the greater Grand Rapids area, you do. I'll be back...
