This place really has bad customer service, I went on last Saturday the 26th and tried to use a coupon and it didn't work so I asked why? Some big guy with scruffy hair all over his head just rolled his eyes and walked away then another guy came to explain the biscuits were only a $1and that was why, I went the next day to get another biscuit and the scruffy guy saw me and went to the back, they never came to the speaker to ask for my order, i went to the window and saw scruffy again and then he disappeared to the back.

Use to be very quick even when they were busy. Now they take 10 minutes to take your order inside even when there are only 2 people in the drive through. The hours posted on the app and website say 11, but they apparently close early every night. The lady at the counter is not polite in the slightest either. Not rude, but certainly not happy to help. Would not recommend this place if other options are available.

Typical Wendy's food with a lack of enthusiasm. This location has had a few management changes and a few were good but the current ones are a downer and never smile. Why work when it's not fun? You can't put a price on service but you can sure feel it. Fast food doesn't mean you have to dread getting food.

Everything online says they close at 11. The website let me order online- just get there before 11. Go to the drive through at 10:30 and the guy says they closed at 10, he can’t make our food. He was very rude and unhelpful as we were confused and had already PAID. Other people were pulling up behind us as well.

They consistently close early. I would hate to be the franchise owner who loses money while his employees get paid for leaving early. Placed order on app. Got there to pickup and was told they closed at 10 pm - lying they just changed their hours. They were supposed to be open until 11 pm.

Ordered 2 biggie bags to bring to my kids to school and they left out the chicken nuggets in both orders

Very unhappy, food was garbage.. got 2 Dave's double meals, 2 shakes and a chicken sandwich cost me 50 bucks....

Fries were soggy, over salted.. burger paties were dry and cold. Bugers were a complete mess.
When I can goto Texas roadhouse and get bone in ribeye dinner and a salmon dinner for 54 bucks makes you wonder why Wendy's is not out of buisness.

No reason for the doors to be locked at 10:10pm when closing time for the inside is 11pm. But your drive-through was still open.
