So Spangler's Family Restaurant was everything I was looking for, started out in Jackson Michigan. Just drove till I found a place not too far away but far enough away from the city to get a good country cooked meal. It wasn't busy when we came in the food is always great! I'd suggest that the wait staff pay attention to the little details. A few things were forgotten. But our waitress was very nice.

Sweet potatoes fries brought us in, the food was delicious, and the portions are for the hungry? the menu is 6 pages of mouthwatering food. Some unusual offerings like guacamole bites, the standards like steak and burgers, and even some moms meatloaf for comfort food. Love that anything on the menu is available when they are open!!
