Recently checked-out Apoptosis for the first time - owners have put real thought & care into the space, the food, and of course the beer! Menu is quite limited, but QUALITY - mostly tacos and paninis - and a taco trio is only $8 at time of writing. Visit this up-and-coming local brewer if you're in the area!

I work at a brewery upstate and came here on the recommendation of the master brewer. I was not disappointed! The Golgi Apparatus is one of the best IPAs I’ve had and I enjoyed all the beers I tried. Definitely check this place out!

Beer was good, however as other people have stated, we ate the paninis and got food poisoning. Clearly there is some kind of a problem with the food preparation. They probably just leave the mayonnaise all day at room temperature. Do not eat the food!! It is beyond coincidence that multiple people have reported food poisoning.
Definitely the worst craft beer I've ever encountered. Don't waste your time and money.

My Mr & I are beer snobs so can be pretty critical. We love trying new breweries and most of the time it takes a year or two to make a great beer. Not so for Apoptosis. Everything they make is fabulous ( haven't tried their Selzer). Great staff & owners as well as super clean interior. Always have parking which is also a plus. Kalamazoo now has more then one stellar brewery (Bells) and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves a good brew.

Went there after work with some friends, beer was good all of them got panini sandwiches except myself and they all got food poisoning. 0/10 would not recommend the food!
