Our server Eden was friendly and attentive. Food was as expected. Burger with side salad and an entree salad. My Burger was tasty. Side Caesar salad had too much dressing. It was busy, but we did not have to wait for a table. Everything is expensive, everywhere. We spent about $60 in total for two meals, one soft drink and one cocktail.

The side we got Sat was very dirty and had a large group of kids, never understood why they seat people like that when plenty of open areas on otherside, was not the only one that said something. Food was good, waitress was very good considering.

Never eating here again, service was terrible! Waited 15 minutes to get water got to order our food that took, over an hour, ended up getting out to go. Then didn’t offer any apology but said she would get the manager, waited even longer, the manager didn’t want to talk to us. And yes the food was cold

I was there to celebrate my niece's birthday. It was a great time with family but the lights were very low like we were having a romantic rendezvous. Parts of my food was cold and my partner didn't get his food and had to take it to go.
Slow they need to get more people when it’s a party and instead of covering every fuciin table that’s in there after us get us our food we have the big party and had been ready to eat people done came after us and left and we are still waiting and the waiter had nothing to say but it’s other tables in here like we can’t see that. And those other tables came after

I really enjoy gull rd Applebee's and westnedge Applebee's but west main is so rude I made a order and the waiter told me 5 minutes they will run my order out and they had me waiting 10 minutes and then another 15 minutes basically they had never picked my order up to bring it to me and then once they did bring me my order my drinks was watery

8oz sirloin was 50% grizzle and 25% fat. Never order the 8oz. The 6 ounce are usually good. My dog wouldn't even eat the left overs. Also don't make a waiter 5 tables have to take care of online orders. I felt bad for the guy.
