This location doesn't even deserve one star. I came here for my birthday and what a disappointment. Food was awful service was even worse. lets start with as we were ordering she started and as my daughter and her family was ordering she skips my daughter and the kids. She get to me and my crew and I had asked if everyone had ordered and she said yea but my daughter said no she took our order and went to another table. Didn't even act like she cared. She was very rude when we flagged her down so they could order for the kids and my daughter. The waitress was very inattentive never once came to our table to ask if we needed drinks or if everything was ok. My daughter found hair in her food and she got an attitude and said no one here has long hair. But we say several people going in and out of the kitchen and serving food to tables with long hair. She asked if she wanted it remade or something else like it had a nasty hair in it that shouldn't even be a question. Like here let me fix that for you. Offer a discount or speak to a manager something. I was overcharged for things I didn't order but I just figured that was our waitresses tip hope she enjoyed the 2 extra sodas and the extra appetizers we never received.. we will never return to any Applebee's this isn't the first bad experience we have had.

If you have visited the gull road apple bees lately check your credit card for fraudulent charges. A waitress stole my card info and made a fraudulent purchase.

If I could give the General Manager a -star I would. Dinner took over an hour to get on the table. Appetizer never arrived. Dinner was stiff and cold. Will never return to this location.

Place was very good, food was good, atmosphere was very nice got to watch football on the televisions in there. Look out for Jaina W. she is so nice and provided excellent service! Although our appetizers were a little late, it was good after all. Definitely coming back in the future.

Me and my family sat and waited for 20 minutes without getting a waitress. People seem to purposefully avoid looking us without getting us any drinks or even saying a single word. We eventually asked the hostess to please find our waitress and she left saying she will. And then the waitress proceeded to walk by to us and take the order from the table next to us. Service sucks at this location, don't recommend.

Love going to this place on a saturday evening! Ray is a fantastic bartender! and the atmosphere is very friendly and fun! we order food when it's half off apps! very affordable social saturday with friends and the food always comes out in a timely manner and ive never had it any less than fresh made and hot! i highly recommend this applebees! you get out what you put in, if you are a rude person you might get rude service anywhere you go! i personally don't believe the negative reviews on this restaurant because i have had nothing but good experiences at this location. cheers! try them out!!

We have been coming here for a few weeks consistently, since we moved to this side of town. Absolutely amazing service! This is our new stop for drinks, appetizers, or dinner. Our bartender Rayshell is the BEST!! She makes a hell of a Bloody Mary!!
