We came through drive through this evening and waited in a line for a while. The vehicle in front of us and behind us left because of how long it was taking. When we got to the window the man taking orders was walking around making shakes and setting them on the counter, bagging food and setting them on the shelf (away from the heat) and mostly talking. When we finally paid after about 3-5 minutes he grabs a bag of food that had been sitting on the counter away from the heat for that duration of time and hands it to us. He forgot our drinks (just pop while he continued to make shakes for orders behind) and gave my husband a single instead of a double. When my husband tried to get it corrected the man tried to convince him that they did it right and finally reluctantly went back and just slapped some more meat on and barely wrapped it up. Very disappointing as they normally are friendly and do it right and in good time. Makes me consider if I want to come back to this location for a while.

Food is about what you expect from a FAST food place, but they take their time in the later hours. Also will not give up ketchup packets when asked. I don't recommend when you are on a time limit.

FILTHY! No ketchup, no Arby's sauce, other sauces had pumps just hanging and looked broken, self serve area looks like counter hasn't been wiped in days. Ketchup and pop spilled all over. Salt was gone, and to top it off I struggled to find a table that was reasonably clean. Had to lay napkins down as a place mat. Fortunately they had plenty of napkins. No lids for medium drinks though, just the big ones. The crew behind the counter an in the kitchen were having a great time though. Lots of laughter. Management should be ashamed.

I went to this place to get food my order was simple I was the only car there they ask me what I want I repeated it twice the lady seem rude never repeated back my Oder. I post to drive in window see my food just sitting there for five minutes. Nobody asked to take my money or anything so when I finally get my order, my order wasn’t filled when I told the lady that my order wasn’t filled right she told me that I had to pay extra and I said OK no problem, I looked at my fries and they gave me the wrong fries so they gave me the right fries and when they gave me the right fries, the fries was ice cold so I told him my fries are cold. Is there anyway I can get fresh fries? The lady told me that the manager said no so at this point, I asked to talk to the manager. I talk to the manager and I explained him to the situation and told him my fries was cold and the previous prize is cold too and it’s not the ones that I ordered so he told me I have to leave from off the property. I was never was rude the whole time and I asked him why he couldn’t replace my order he told he can’t do it. I told him I’ll wait let the other customer get they Oder he told me no leave the property. overall, I did not like that experience. The lady and the manager were real rude and this is my hard earned money and nobody’s supposed to cheat you I feel this unfair.

I got a double beef and cheddar no red ranch, my Sandwich was cold and very poorly put together with red ranch. Normally I don’t complain but it was just a very poor experience when they were slow and didn’t have anything else going on.

I feel bad for the staff being shorted but to wait over 20 minutes just for some chicken Nuggets while they continue to take mobile orders is insane. I ordered in advance only to wait my entire lunchbreak and than some.

Normally I would give more stars, I really like Arby's sandwiches. Today I ordered a meal. Now I know why I never get any fries.....a medium box with a small portion inside, plus they were cold. I was disappointed, to say the least. From now on, I'll stick to just sandwiches

Very unprofessional and rude manager!!! As an uber eats driver I will not be taking any orders from this place again. They will belittle you and proceed to laugh while you walk away. Won’t have my business either as a customer.

It's weird and crazy , but the main and only reason I go to Arby's is the crinkle fries and most of all their chocolate shakes . So far so good no bad complaints on those 2 items. I'll keep going back .

This location used to be quick and efficient but has been going downhill for quite a while now. Drive through time is way too slow, and food is wrong &/or cold. Just spent 20 minutes in line for a cold and wrong sandwich with cold fries. It's happening way too often now.
