Stop coming to Arby's, prices to high for very little meat. BUT after a yr or so, stopped to get 4 reg Arby's for 10 bucks! I was so impressed with the amount of meat on the sandwiches. This being 2025, it reminded me of the good ole days at Arby's. Thx you Gull Rd Kalamazoo, Mi.

I ordered a classic roast beef meal with mozzarella sticks and a Dr. Pepper. They didn’t have mozzarella sticks ready so I had to wait which is fine. They gave me my drink and told me to pull forward so I did. I took a sip of my “dr pepper” which was really Diet Coke which oh well I’ll still drink it. I got my food I parked and opened it and my what was supposed to be classic sandwich had sauce and cheese on it and it was cold so I went inside and stood there for about 3 minutes and no one came up front so I went back to my car went back through the drive thru and told them my sandwhich was wrong. I got my sandwich and parked and opened it and guess what? Cold. The damn bun was practically still frozen.

Employee's stand around talking while you wait at window for food. Food finally comes out and the barley any meat on your sandwich and you're fries have been cooked twice and are crunchy. Horrible experience

Paid for extra sauce. This is such a disappointment, sandwich was actually cold. Asked for extra jamocha flavor and my shake is practically still white. Thanks for squirting some extra in the box but getting none on the bun? Been working all day, got this as a special treat because Arby’s is expensive, even splurged a little and asked for extra.

this is the second time we went here and they mess up our order today we had a coupon for a classic roast beef meal they gave us with the cheese onit. then i went here 2 or 3 weeks ago with a coupon for the chicken sandwich meal but because they didnt do it plain they charge us twice the coupon was 6 bucks they charge us 12 bucks. so this is the only arbys we wont be coming back. And the manager took the order today and the order was still wrong. dont know if everyone is new there we never had this before we was coming here for 2 or 3 years.
