I would just like to say, thank you. Thank you for firing me on my first day because i donate my time and energy to charity instead of money. Because I am 30 and wrote silly answers on a paper burger you wanted me to fill out. Because Im not a 16yr for you to brainwash in behaving like a victim because I know better and carry a knife on me for emergencies. Thank you. Because of you firing me, I was offered a career at my dream job and it wouldnt have happened if this place hadnt singled me out for being a real person. I wish all of you the best of luck going into this year and for all your customers to see how hard you work to keep them happy and to keep their meals hot and fresh.

Had a DoorDash delivery get lost and was unable to contact the Dasher themself, so I then called Arby’s themselves. Employee Emma was EXTREMELY helpful in finding out how to go about getting my food redelivered through the DoorDash app (as Arby’s themselves does not do delivery).When I finally got my food re-delivered I got a nice hand written note and a couple extra cookies! This made my night. Definitely went above and beyond and it was extremely appreciated.P.S. the jalapeño bites here are tops.
Arby's is one of my favorite places to eat. The drive thru is always fast and the people are never rude or short when taking your order. The order itself is correct 14 out of 15 times.

We just ate at a different Arby's last month and it was great so I know it's not the franchise. Today the meat was ok... not great, the buns were off, and the sauces - the Arby sauce was bit full flavored as usual and the Horsey sauce was very bland. They tasted watered down. I do live the tree in this location though.
We each bought an extra (4 for $10.00) to bring home to enjoy later. My sister tossed all mine in the trash!??She doesn't even live in my home!!!!

Used the drive thru and the fries were missing from our order. I called and the woman who answered said if I went back to get them, they would make me fresh ones, but that was all they offered. Had I gone back for the fries, the rest of the food would have gotten cold. Booooo Arby's. ZERO for service.

I bought food hear last night for 25.53 the guy with dreads took my card but didn’t return it to me after he charge me I almost drove off with out it that’s how long it took and I had to go in to get it. That’s when he told me he charge my card again. Which is weird the second charge was 10 cent more then the first charge don’t get that but seem kinda shady still waiting on my money to return to me. Called my bank to dispute it because I don’t trust this kid did the refund right. Not coming back but the food was straight.
