All I ever purchase from Arby’s is the mozzarella sticks. They are my favorite.
This was disappointing. They were double dipped to rewarm and were overcooked and because of that I ended up with two of my four mozerella sticks that had no cheese in them. Very disappointed. The lady was very kind that took my order and served me though. Do better Arby’s.

Food and service are always very good and the same today...But the soda machine in the restaurant, Customer area is now turned off. So no more seconds..too bad, there are other fast food restaurants still with the soda machine in the customer area, available for seconds.

Wait time was super short, my items were all correct and in the bag, and the lady who took my order had a great attitude! I was going to forget to order my sandwich without sauce, but she actually asked if I wanted sauce, so I got my sauce-less sandwich :D (I think that's the first time I've ordered from an Arby's and they've actually asked lol)

I did get the wrong receipt, but I'm choosing to view it as a funny accident since my food's...
