I was blown away by not only the food but warm hospitality of the owner. As I waited for my custom sandwich to be prepared we struck up a conversation, he and his employee were very accommodating and friendly.I ordered a roast beef and turkey with bacon and it was phenomenal! The bread and other ingredients were fresh and literally melted in my mouth! The pickles were a delicious addition to my sando, all in all I’d say this is a first rate East coast deli with the cozy Michigan college town feel! Wish I lived closer, it’d be my regular lunch stop.

Very high quality and delicious sandwiches. They are a cut above your average sandwich place. If dining in, be aware there is limited seating inside but there are some outdoor tables nearby if the weather is nice.

The sandwiches here are absolutely amazing! The rosemary bread they use adds so much flavor and really makes the sandwich pop. Highly recommend!!!

Yum!!! There was a long lunch line and I was told it’s worth the wait. Definitely was! Love supporting small businesses. This guy was slammed with customers and was knocking the sandwiches out super fast! Great atmosphere with games available on tables while you wait. Definitely recommend and will return when I’m in town!

Very cute and delicious sandwich shop on the downtown mall. Made to order and can be customize for you so don't worry if you have food allergies or sensitivities. Mine was delicious!
The only "bad" thing about my Italian sandwich was I had to wait almost a half hour before I had my first bite of deliciousness! I had been in Kalamazoo and Yelped nearby restaurants. Artisan Sandwich was less than a half mile away on the Kalamazoo mall. I will be making future visits to this sandwich heaven. Kudos!!
