I came in half an hour before they were closing up for the day. They were super friendly and welcoming even though they were getting ready to enjoy their holiday evening. Food is always amazing. Staff is a 10/10 would recommend.

Pizza buffet is great! The workers never fail to be friendly and amazing! Especially Zoey and Brad, always checks in to make sure our table is doing good and if there are any other pizzas we may like put out; two awesome workers! Love this place!!!

Wish there were more “basic” types of pizza on the buffet. Unless someone requests something different it seems less would be wasted with more common popular kinds. Today late (after 1pm) several pizzas came out that no one touched. It wasn’t busy that late and on a holiday but taco and steak with portobello wasn’t going over. The pizza is delicious!

The employees at the West main location are always so inviting and ready to take an order, they are also so inviting to have a short conversation when there is time (which I understand when there isn't time) but nonetheless they are all great employees. I am very happy to be a customer of BC pizza.

Excellent hometown spot. They have huge picnic tables inside for big parties, and regular tables as well. You can order any type of pizza on the menu, or just ask them and they will throw anything you want out on the pizza buffet. The staff is very friendly, and the customers all seem to love the place and know the staff. Try the Smokehouse mac and pulled pork pizza. Don't sleep on this place!

I can’t say enough good things about this place, especially the woman who manages it. She takes such pride in her products and service. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers satisfaction. I know it’s a franchise but she makes it feel as if it’s her own. Her homemade ranch is the best. The pizza is absolutely delicious, some of the best in Kalamazoo hands down. Generous portions, and I have to give a shout out to the rest of crew. Everyone is so kind. From a gentleman offering free sodas while we sat outside to wait to a complimentary sauce just because she wanted me to try it. It really is the little things. Highly, highly recommend checking them out.
