Veggie Thai Fried Rice was more like Chinese fried rice from the flavor to the water chestnuts to the style of rice, wasn’t even Jasmine.
Chicken Pad Thai, was WHITE!?!, chicken and noodles were white, missing the Tamarind, fish sauce, dark soy sauce.
Beef Pad See Ewe was over sauced, lack of protein and turned into a gelatinous chunk.
We ate a plate and had to discard the rest.

This is the best food in Kalamazoo, but they’ve gotten my takeout order wrong five times in just 2025. This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. Would recommend you eat in person.

our 1st time in and we loved it!! 4 of us dined in we all had the Bangkok chicken and all shared a sampler platter. we all 4 loved it!! we will be back. also we had great service

This small little hole in the wall is delicious! I had shrimp pad thai, and I was satisfied. Customer service was also so amazing. We had our 2yo daughter with us, and it is usually a little stressful for us to take her out in public, but the ladies working today were so great! They had festive crafts for her to do while we waited for our food, then they brought out a coloring book and some toys as they saw she was not too interested in eating, but wanting to play around. If you have a day that you need to be out and about with family, and Asain food doesn't scare you, check out this place :)

Me and my family eat here all the time, food has always been the best and delicious. I don’t like making reviews but the food and service is just top tier. Haters gonna hate but bangkok is always going to the best Thai food in kalamazoo.
It is a small place, and they always seem understaffed, but the food is the best of its kind in the area, bar none!

Absolutely amazing food! The staff here is super friendly. I find it’s sometimes hard to order, however. The phones are often busy or they will randomly close down for cleaning in the middle of dinner hours.
If you are expecting Thai food, keep looking.

I'd say the best Thai in the county atleast. Waitress was extremely busy. Yet, was still on top of the game. A must try if you like asian cuisine.
