Food is delicious, takeout orders frequently wrong.
This is the best food in Kalamazoo, but they’ve gotten my takeout order wrong five times in just 2025. This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. Would recommend you eat in person.
This small little hole in the wall is delicious! I had shrimp pad thai, and I was satisfied. Customer service was also so amazing. We had our 2yo daughter with us, and it is usually a little stressful for us to take her out in public, but the ladies working today were so great! They had festive crafts for her to do while we waited for our food, then they brought out a coloring book and some toys as they saw she was not too interested in eating, but wanting to play around. Me and my family eat here all the time, food has always been the best and delicious. I don’t like making reviews but the food and service is just top tier. Haters gonna hate but bangkok is always going to the best Thai food in kalamazoo.
