Non-existent service. Went at 2:30 pm to the South Haven location. Not busy at all…only 2 tables seated inside including us and 2 on the patio.
We were promptly seated. Patiently waited. Not so much as a hello or glass of water. Another table came in, was seated and was immediately approached and attended to by a server. We had been waiting at least 20 minutes.
My husband approached the hostess and asked if we were going to get service. She said “yes “. And continued to stand behind her hostess stand and made no attempt to flag a manager or a server. Just stood there doing nothing
We waited again and finally gave up. We won’t be back.

Waste of money to be honest. My whole order was wrong so I couldn’t even eat anything. Idk why this place is so popular. I won’t be going back. I’ll stick to Taco Bell.

Spent a weekend in Tampa to check out the zoo for my kiddos. Had a rare opportunity to head out for a girls night so we decided to check out the Ybor City location. We wanted a good margarita and our bartenders delivered! Nick and Ben made great drinks, were polite and friendly. They are definitely an asset to this establishment! We will be back to check out the food and have another great margarita perfecto.

Had a girls night and wanted some margaritas and found this fabulous place! It had a great atmosphere! The margarita flights were super tasty. Nick and Ben were the bartenders and they were very attentive, friendly and had great conversations with them! Definitely recommend this place and will come back when in the area again!

My husband and I waited over an hour for our tacos. We walked in at about 5:40 PM, got seated right away and nobody came to take our order till closer to 6. I let it go thinking, maybe possibly they were shorthanded. I noticed other people started getting seated around us, and their orders were being taken before us. The waitress finally comes to take our order, and it took a while for my drink to arrive, but my appetizer came in a timely fashion. We handed in our taco order, and we waited for what seems like nearly an hour. By 7 PM, the waitress acknowledged us by saying she will speak to the manager about how long our food was taking us, bear in mind - We were not saying a word and we did not complain one bit - she came to us, so she knew this was taking too long. We continue to be ignored, so we just asked her if we could have it bagged, and then had the audacity to charge us full price, even though we did not receive our food in a timely matter. When we civilly brought up our complaint to the manager, we were met with nasty condescending tone. This happened at your Strongsville location last night (Dec 22). My husband and I are really upset by our experience and the fact that the wait staff showed no accountability for whatever was going on. We weren’t screaming yelling or being demanding customers, but I do think it’s a little disturbing that it takes an hour and a half to make a taco, everyone around us was being served before us and we sat down first. It doesn’t make any sense. So no, I do not recommend the Strongsville location unless you get new management. It’s ok to make mistakes, no ok to cover them up and laugh in our face when we bring it up.

Waiter Chris was absolutely phenomenal. Courtney, on the other hand was very curt, rude, and totally unhelpful. She doesn't belong in the service industry at all, let alone, on the floor with customers. So, for this reason alone, I rate Barrio 4 stars. Food is great. Place is clean. Lots of lighting. Chris, amazing job. Thankyou.
Had Abby as my bartender, and she was PHENOMENAL! She’s amazing, very attentive, and so so sweet to her customers! She suggested I try the margarita perfecto, and I’m glad she did!! It was so good! Ask for Abby when you visit!
