Manager or worker, name was Keith. Extremely rude when I went to order a pretzel. Tried to use my rewards points and he seemed unaware on how to redeem those. I had to walk him through the process. When points werent working he processed to yell at me and said “take the pretzel and get out of my store.” Very rude, will not be coming back.

We stop in here about once a month… as it’s a good bit out of our way. Everything has always been great. The pretzels are delicious & the owners are extremely friendly (even when crazy busy). I don’t have a single complaint and suggest the Dutch almond pretzels bites.

They are hardly ever open, and when they are they dont have enough dough to make salt free pretzel bites. I cant eat a lot of salt for medical reasons so i guess i wont give this place my buisness. Which is kind of a shame since i work at the walmart yall are located in, but whatever.Update: i learned today you close at 6. Have you considered hiring someone to work later or do yall just hate making money?

I'm not sure if anyone else knows about this place besides me, but it is so delicious. My favorite part is that I don't have to go inside the mall for a soft pretzel. If you are trying to find it, it is the inside of the 9th St. Walmart, towards the pharmacy entrance.

Met the Franchise owner Melissa who tried to teach me to make a pretzel. Also she was very kind and took time to answer all my Prerzel questions. Not to mention the pretzels are to die for here. I went to this place JUST to buy pretzels. Didn't do any shopping. We need more Ben's Pretzel locations, especially in the Lansing area. Thanks again Melissa.
They are permanently closed on Tuesday it's 5pm say there open till 6pm. Walmart employee says they are closed every Tuesday all day.

The pretzel texture is great and the added flavors are good but why is there Salt on all of them?? I didn't order a single salted pretzel on 3 pretzels and bites and even my cinnamon sugar bites have salt on them. And not just a little but like all of them were salted then flavored and it really takes away from the flavors I ordered. :/ this one is "parmesan " as you can see there is salt all over it.

Customer service is poor. Emailed my complaints 3 days ago about an employee not wearing gloves while handling ice cream cones and still not getting any answers.
