Charming little lobby that my family of five enjoyed a nice meal in with a very helpful staff that gave us great insight in their menu and were kind enough to make the perfect hot chocolate for my picky kids that like it almost cold! Definitely will be coming back to enjoy other items from the menu!
The last time I was here, they messed up my order, so I stayed away. Was in the area and decided to go again. They didn't mess up my order, and the service was good, but they overcharged me on sales tax. The rate was set to 7%, not 6%.
I took my 2 children there around noon last week and there was only one young man working in the entire building. He said someone had called in sick. He was very polite. He brought our food and drinks out to us on the patio. My drink was made hot and I had ordered frozen. When I brought it to his attention he remade it with a smile and brought it out to the patio again when he was done. To that young man, if you read this your customer service was fantastic!
