Online hours are wrong so you get to arrive at the location to find a note on the door saying they dont open until 7. I was hoping this happening before was a one time thing but I guess not. Bummer.

We came in around 9am and ordered off the breakfast menu..so I thought. I ordered a southern tradition and my son ordered the BLT. he was asked if he wanted mayo or cream cheese. He chose mayo. I didn’t think anything of it initially, till our food arrived. I thought we paid a lot for just two breakfast sandwiches. So I inquired about it. The manager let us know we were charged for lunch sandwich because he chose mayo..Granted..again its 9am. Its not so much about the almost $2 up-charge but more of her assuming we wanted the lunch sandwich. I honestly didn’t know that was a thing. When i made a general statement of she should of clarified because he chose mayo we would be up-charged she got very snooty with me. Saying i should of known the difference. Again..Its 9am and she asked him. Food was good..other server was kind..but just kinda feel we got robbed of an enjoyable experience. So be cautious when ordering.

My “toasted” bagel was merely warmed up, not toasted. It was a French Toast bagel, but nearly flavorless, except that it must have been next to some jalapeño bagels, because that was the taste. Based on the “Big Apple” name, I was expecting a nice chewy east-coast-style texture, but this was like eating wonder bread… no chew at all. They had a huge selection of bagel flavors, but disappointingly no pumpernickel! The store itself was nice and clean, lots of tables, friendly staff, and a tv area for kids with Sponge Bob showing on a tv. And my coffee was actually better than the coffee one usually gets at bagel shops in New York. And the bagel was freshly baked. My suggestion is to rename the store “Midwest Bagels”, because that’s what they serve.

Ordered 2 bagels and both were a disappointment . Requested bagels to be toasted and it came out barely warm!!! The service was very slow.

Really good bagels. Very friendly and understanding when my daughter made a mess by accident.

Overpriced, especially for such low quality. The bagels are tiny and oddly shaped. They barely toast them. The servers at the front are nice, though. Go to Bagel Beanery instead!

Charming little lobby that my family of five enjoyed a nice meal in with a very helpful staff that gave us great insight in their menu and were kind enough to make the perfect hot chocolate for my picky kids that like it almost cold! Definitely will be coming back to enjoy other items from the menu!

Kid-friendliness: As long as your kid likes bagels or muffins, they has so many choices!

I'm old school! I get turned off of any business that charges a credit card fee like they do. Food and coffee are OK but overpriced, just like Starbucks. Go to Tim Hortons or Sweetwaters.

No Fire Marshell and Mean Old Grumpy lady yelled at us after we sat down for sitting to close to them. Smells bad inside reminds me of a small orange muffin. Would not recommend but will go back a lot.
