I attended the Niles Pride Festival on 6/17 and Big Moe's BBQ was the only food vendor there. The food smelled good (there wasn't a menu so I didn't know what food was being offered or the prices. The set up was the food either being cooked on the grill he had or that it was in a tin container with aluminum foil over it (to keep it warm). When it was my turn, I asked about the menu. The gentleman stated he had 'ribs, rib tips, beef brisket, hamburger, hot dog, pulled pork, corn bread, cole slaw, or potato salad' I asked for a hot dog (which was completely black and burnt) and rib tips (which were mostly grisly and covered in BBQ sauce) and corn bread (which wasn't too bad). He gave me a tray with my items and was mentally calculating my total. When he said $21, I couldn't believe it! Then since I used a credit card there was a surcharge so the total was $22.26 - for food that was garbage. I definitely will never eat food from here again (whether it is at his location in Kalamazoo or a vendor set up such as this) and will NOT recommend anyone eat from this business.

The grill was going the food was great! Rib tips were tender and had the right amount of sauce. Fries were crinkle cut and cooked perfectly! Cashier wasn’t moe but a older fella that was happy and cheerful! Great place good price!!

The sauce was good but the meat was very tough an not falling off the bone the owner usually cooks but was absent on this day. We got the 3 rib racks 2 large sides dinner!

Bbq sauce is delightful but the food is overpriced and the guy overcharged me on top of that. Plus the never really have good sides only nasty crinkle fries that you can buy from Aldis. Expected much better!
