Place was clean, employees were nice(though she apparently called out my drink once and then let it sit for 10+minutes until I got up), but the coffee was terrible. Got a hot caramel latte and it tasted like a watered down regular coffee. I'm not a coffee snob in the slightest but I've never had espresso or caramel so flavorless. Had a few sips and threw it out

We have been coming to this Biggby for years on our way into school. Today’s interaction was unacceptable. Ordered ahead on the app… and our order completely disappeared. Nobody could find it, no record of it on the app, even tho I certainly saw the confirmation screen. The employees that day do absolutely nothing to help rectify the situation, and when our drinks and food were finally up, nobody said a thing to notify us. It was a truly bizarre transaction.

Don’t come inside to order thinking it will expedite things. They will wait on every single drive thru order first. 15 minutes for a bagel sandwich only 3-4 sandwiches coming out ahead of that. Fully staffed. Guy on team had it together not sure what was going on.

Service was very slow. We waited about a half an hour in the drive through for our order and there was only one car in front of us when we arrived. When we got up to the window, the order total was more than what we were told at the speaker. The bagel was made quite poorly. The bread was lukewarm and chewy, and there was barely any cream cheese. The coffee tastes fine but it’s not worth a half hour wait.

This specific location is Theeeee main reason why I keep my business with Bigby as I’ve had many bad experiences at the Gull Road Location in Kalamazoo. I visit this drive through every morning and the service is beyond Elite and so so friendly!! I’d like to personally send a shout out to Terry and Kenna who are the driving force to why I keep coming back daily. These two individuals every single day go above and beyond and not with just myself but all customers. I work in Sales and have done so for 20 yrs and I’ve seen a lot of bad customer service and Terry and Kenna and the rest of the crew here are so genuine and deserve to be recognized for their efforts to say the least. I’ve become a friend to the workers here and they’ve become mine as well and that says it all. I’m a super observant individual and do a lot more watching than talking when in any business and whether big or small business it’s very evident to observe the quality by the actions of the employees and Terry and Kenna are beyond amazing at dealing with the busy rush with smiles on their faces and clear communication done in always a friendly manner. If I could rate the location and the workers here on a scale of 1-10 I’d give them a solid 20!! I will not even visit the Gull Road Location as it’s slow, the workers are extremely rude and not outgoing nor are they efficient in any kind of ways. I have had three incidents there that sealed the deal on never ever returning and the only reason I keep my business with Bigby is due to this location. Plus I love my favorite daily morning beverage and they even make it tens times better at Stadium Drive. I have been a customer since Bigby was. “Beaners” in East Lansing and used to visit daily to sit and do my home work and who would have ever thought that Bob would grow this into this great place. Hands down, Terry and Kenna exemplify the kind of employees any company should consider theirselves lucky to have. They should get pay raises lol and no they don’t know I’m writing this but in all reality the only reason I’ve stayed as I’ve unfortunately seen a drop in the quality of the workers with the younger generation being so so rude and I just don’t get it and cannot understand it….. almost like they take out the anger of having to work on the customers but NOT Stadium Drive. Hats off and Cheers to two young individuals with very bright futures ahead of them in whatever path they choose and the rest of the team as well. You guys rock and I’ll never stray from my friends I look forward to seeing six days a week every morning o my way to work. Top notch and hands down a great location. They deserve to be rewarded as they strive daily to be nothing less than great!!! Thanks guys and see ya tomm !! Your friend, Rob M:)

Staff is friendly and coffee is usually on point. If you go inside, service is typically rather quick. But if you choose drive thru, be prepared to wait at least 20-30 minutes unless there's no one else in line. Definitely plan ahead and leave a bit early if you're trying to hit the drive thru on your way to work.
I definitely need to stop by more, but this BigBy is the absolute best, with the kindest employees and coziest atmosphere. I’ve literally spent hours here doing homework.
Not to mention the food & drinks are amazing!!! The Caramel Marvel + Blue Razz Fusion are my go-to’s along with the Turkey Havarti Bragel.
