I don’t usually ever have anything negative to say as this is/ was my go to spot. Never have I ever had someone not give me the bogo for Wednesday. They’ve always did it themselves. They’ve never told me I had to ask. Or I myself would’ve never purchased 2 drinks for $20 with a tip. I was excited. But will definitely be finding a different spot after this. Money is not easy in this economy. And I always tipped good to you guys. When asked about it I was given attitude as well!

Biggby Coffee the one on sprinkle and E Michigan has no Customer Service nor professionalism! I walked in now remind you I’m in sweats comfy clothes my cousin RIP shorts just tryna grab this order! Why I stood in here for about 5 mins I didn’t get greeted nor asked did I need any help it’s 4 girls here and none of them helped me or tried 3 saw me and two kept walking past me which is crazy asl! They was helping two white girls when I walked in so I let them do there thang. I evened smiled at two of the ladies who kept making contact with me wondering if they gone say anything nope so I spoke up because drive thru was clear and the two ladies left. Now I’m not racist I love all skin tones! But I hate being treated as if I don’t matter! Then a customer walking in and they greeted the old white lady with no problem happy and everything but not me even when they gave me my order they said nothing! Crazy huh! Y’all need to do better! I know they young in there but they need to be taught better frfr! That’s not cool! I could bashed them but that’s not me! Run yall cameras back til 5pm.
My husband and I stopped in for lunch because of the power outage, and we weren’t quite sure what to order. The friendly staff member with platinum blonde hair and a dark beard suggested we try their $7 deal. I went with the iced coffee and a ham and cheese toasted bagel, and it was absolutely wonderful. The service was fantastic— even as they were closing their shift, a team member took the time to say goodbye and wish us a nice day. Everyone else was really nice too, and I even saw them cleaning tables off. Such a pleasant experience!
This location needs to get there stuff together on Saturday afternoons because 30-40 mins in a drive thru should not happen for just one coffee. That happened to me last Saturday and today 20 mins because clearly when I got up to the window the girls had no clue what my drink even was so I had to wait more after paying for them to make it. For one coffee. With 7 cars behind me after I finally left.
I normally come to this biggby all the time as usually the workers are friendly. I went today (4/18/25) and the workers were so rude. They got my drink wrong, which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but it was carbonated and I cannot have carbon. When I asked for a remake, the girl working the window ARGUED with me. Admitted that she forgot the boba I asked for, and then snatched the drink from my hand. Another girl came to the window, handed me my drink, and slammed the window.
I never complain, but we gave them a $5 tip. I now wish I hadn’t given them anything.
If you want poor attitude and the wrong drink definitely recommend me and my fiance have been going here for a year and there establishment has done nothing but go down hill they got the wrong drink so many times we already know what we are getting not the right drink
They can never get a order right. I ordered two of the $9 deals - bagel and coffee. As she handed over the two coffees , I checked to see if there was any whipped cream, not to my surprise but there was no whipped cream🤔 I handed them back she said she was going to put whipped cream on it sorry for the misunderstanding...blah blah blah.... then she handed them back, at home I realized there still was no whipped cream on it, that explains the little smirk on her face when she handed them back over. I think her name was Katie very young girl probably her first job. The bagels we're really poorly made I could tell they made it hours before and warmed it up in the microwave. I do not recommend going there a bunch of spoiled, entitled teenagers working there with attitude problems. And if they dislike a customer you will see it in your order. Thanks for guiding me to Starbucks.

Stopped in for a Bragel and coffee. Misses Autumn, Katie and their team mate were fast, friendly, welcoming and superior baristas during a very busy Monday morning drive thru rush. Stop in and say hello!

I scheduled a pickup order. The order said it was ready online. I did this because their drive thru is extremely slow. The whole concept is that they had 15 minutes prior to arrival to have a single drink ready. I was then late to work because of their lack of ability to keep up with their drive thru. I was then late for work because of their 10+ minute delay after I arrived. If they are unable to manage online orders, they shouldn’t be taking them.
