Worst biggby I've been to in a while. Watched barista make several mistakes and somewhat fix them. Finally got my iced coffee after waiting ten mins (I was the only one inside) just for it to be covered in coffee grounds and not be the right flavors. Was having a bad day, this made it worse! The other two girls were just staring at this barista obviously struggling. Felt rushed and unvalued

Usually my go to stop on the way to work. Usually a friendly stay, but this morning, 10/26 at 10:45am, had one the worst experiences I've had in coffee shop. Employees very loudly talking horribly about management and other employees with no regard for any of the customers inside. Pretty sad. I Will find another shop on my way to work if continues.

I order my coffee on the Bigby App so that I can cut my wait time down. I still have to wait inside because they never have more than one person making drinks and can never make a bagel in under 25 minutes. Ridiculous.

The baristas working this morning blew me away with their skills and service! additionally, while I sat drinking my coffee, they were all saying positive things about their customers and their job. their energy was contagious, and I'm definitely going to have a better day after stopping at this Biggby!!!

So I was really thankful that biggby actually had bagels that I liked. And I've enjoyed eating them for years. However in the last week. They keep screwing up my bagel. They don't apologize. They give me an attitude. I don't appreciate it. I asked for no cream cheeseThey'll either put double cream cheese or ignore my request altogether and put cream cheese on it. I have to get all the way home and then turn around and drive all the way back. I hate cream cheese. Yet they continually screw up my sandwich. And are very unapologetical for it. The terrible part about this is when they hand me my food they tell me what I ordered. It is exactly what I ordered. But then I get home and there's cream cheese on it.
